I needed some where I can sit but take occasional naps in my gaming/beauty room. The couch visually looks appealing and pulls into a bed which is very comfortable for the price. I got the full size and it fit perfectly in my room. I highly recommend this couch for gamers who have limited space. Great for guests as well. I’m glad I purchased this as I almost went with the bean bag bed on Amazon but this looks so much better for the price. Set up wasn’t difficult but do recommend having someone help. Took about 40 minutes to put together. The only thing I don’t care for are the cup holders wayyyy too small I can’t fit anything in there lol but at least your able to remove them.

Was really impressed with this little couch so far. Replaced my recliners to have more sleeping space in my RV. Cost was about 1/4 of what a RV fold out couch! It's comfortable and light weight! Only thing is that I wish the cup holders were bigger. They fit a 12 oz slim beer but not my coffee cup!

Arrived quickly. Pretty easy to assemble by yourself. As a chair, it's not bad for me. As a bed, the cushion between the armrests could be thicker as it's a little bit uncomfortable, but otherwise not bad. As someone who is over 6 feet tall, the bed is long enough as well.

Assembly was definitely a 2 person job, and the instructions were lacking but I figured it out. A 12 mm hex driver for my drill was a big time saver vs. using the supplied allen key. One of the "cup holders " is slightly askew, and both cup holders are too small for a 700 ml "sports top" water bottle, let alone a decent coffee cup. Reasonably comfortable as a couch for brief time. With the bed folded out, the base is fairly hard for sitting on and much too hard for sleeping or laying on. With one's head at the foot of the bed (farthest from the couch part) it's okay, but head at the head of the bed doesn't work. We bought this mostly to be a guest bed, but we're thinking of getting an air mattress to go on top of it before we have any guests. The appearance is good and matches the photos. The "leather look" vinyl seems sturdy enough. And the arms are REALLY sturdy. Like a 200 lb person could stand on them no problem sturdy. I'm slight more than 200 lbs, and my balance sucks so I'm not going to stand on them but someone could. Not bad overall but I wish the bed part was better.

Once we assembled the product we found it to not be functional as a couch. If one person sits it sags you into the back corner and into the side of the couch you can't sit in a normal comfortable position and the structure and discomfort is worse if two people sit. Also the cup holders are a joke and pointless they only thing that could fit would be small juice boxes or pouches. I contacted the seller requesting a return and refund because it being defective as a couch. First issue they had was that the pieces vacuum sealed had been open and second because we didn't have the original boxes in a usable condition. The boxes came damaged but it didn't hurt the product and in order for us to assemble we needed space so the boxes got broken down and put in recycling. There would be no way of knowing the couch was no good without putting it completely together. They wouldn't allow us a refund. They tried to offer a $45 dollar discount to have us keep it mind you it cost over $420 with shipping. I declined and advised I wouldn't even keep it, if it was free. They refused a return and refund. Horrible customer service and on top they found it acceptable to say they haven't gotten any complaints from buyers since they made upgrades to the product. Luckily Amazon customer service is AMAZING and fixed the issues for me after I got no help from the direct seller. Zero stars for everything besides being easy to assemble it wasn't hard to assemble but it could of had better instructions.

The media could not be loaded. This was an EXCELLENT purchase for our son's dorm room. There really wasn't any extra seating, so we wanted to get the boys something they could sit on and not sit on their bed or at their desk all the time. Very sturdy, easy to put together and quite comfortable.

This couch/bed layout was perfect for my son with cerebral palsy. He cannot get into a regular-height bed, so I thought this would have been perfect. The directions weren’t great, but they were good enough. One of the bolts for the arm rests were cross-threaded, but luckily, they included a spare. This thing should have taken less than 30 minutes to put together, but we spent almost two hours on it because we thought we were missing something with how the zippers lined up. If we put it together with the zippers the way they were sown on, the couch didn’t lay flat or the couch didn’t fold up correctly. As seen in the photos, the zipper was not sown on correctly on either the end piece/cushion or the middle cushion. I doubt my son will use the couch as an actual couch, but it would have been nice if we could get all three pieces attached. If I hadn’t spent so much time on it, and it wouldn’t still work for my son, I’d send it back. It is comfortable, and if it went together the way it should have, I would have given it five stars. Since a zipper was put on incorrectly, I have to give it only two stars. It’ll work, but it’s not all the way together.
