Shipping was on time, Assembly is kind of challenging , you might need one or two helper to put them all together and you need at least 2 hours, . They have excellent customer support. I received the item a couple of days ago and had an issue with connecting back of the chair into the frame . The chairs are nice once you can get them put together. This came in a box with hardly any instructions. The screws and nuts came in one bag and was not labeled. Now when you start putting this together , your gonna want to pray for patience because it will test you on every level. I have bought several things in the past that needed assembled but by far this was the worse I have ever seen. We brought out channel locks and different things to try to help putting this together. It's been a nightmare. We will need touch up paint for the places we had to wrestle with to get a screw through. If we ever decide to buy more bar stools, we will look somewhere else or have them assembled. I won't buy these again.

Love these but I'm missing a bolt. 0.extra pieces and both long bolts look identical aside from a 3mm difference. They are completely sturdy. Comfortable. Easy to assemble, I got one done and then the others were done in under 20 min ea. They are bar height and someone that is 250 lbs sat in it and wasn't uncomfortable or worried it would break.

Very nice chairs only had one screw and nut hole that fid not line up. But I was able to correct by slightly using a drummer. Very comfortable.

Height is perfect, nice looking chairs. Although it says they’re 80 percent complete at time of shipping and you only have 5 pieces to put together they arrived with a huge amount of nuts , screws ect. These chairs take longer than 6minutes to put together, that’s misleading.

We are pretty good at do-it-yourself, but this was a challenge. It didn't help that we did not have the correct size screws which meant that the hex end cap covers did not fit. Now we have to search for the end caps so that our guests won't hurt themselves when sitting on the bar stools. There were multiple places where the bare metal was showing, so we had to paint them ourselves to avoid rusting in the future. We were also missing washers which I was able to scrounge up from our "left over parts drawer." If I had to do it again, I would stay away from these bar stools.

Absolutely LOVE these chairs. Wish I hadn’t bought seat cushions bc the chairs don’t need any cushions they’re so comfortable. Now I stress every time it rains to cover the seat cushions. So easy to put together and I’m not usually good at that sort of thing.
