The Everest Garage Series is a stylish, premium garage from SOJAG. The Everest is made strong and sturdy. Constructed with Galvalume steel, a tough and durable blend of aluminum, zinc, and silicone, that stands up to rust and corrosion. The outdoor garage structure is backed by a 20 year limited warranty. A new panel profile design provides a stronger steel garage and has a wind speed rating of 100 MPH. The truss system offers 35 PSF ground snow load ratings so your garage stands up to tough weather and the elements. The 12’ x 30’ garage building comes with premium features to complement its strength and style. Features a premium textured neutral paint with a matte finish. 1). We had to rent a forklift to get off the truck. It was loaded incorrectly on the truck so we had to get long tines to get it off $450. 2). the cement and ground prep was $10,000. 3). The assembly cost $5000. double what it should be because it comes in so many small short pieces that require bolting together. (magnify the photo) At least 30 nuts and bolts sets per truss, etc. This is a real ripoff . Buy a real shed from real shed people. ... show more

    • It's important to follow the assembly sheets in order.

All parts were in kit. Instructions were very basic but more than adequate. My only issue was several parts were not marked. Process of illumination to determine the actual part number. The panels were of a sturdy thickness. The paint treatment is of very good quality. It definitely takes several days to assemble. I did a majority of it myself. I had assistance erecting the trusses and concrete slab. I highly recommend building it on a slab rather than a wood floor. ... show more

Buy prebuilt, and this is why: -one of the roof panels and a few side panels are a mismatched color and different shade of gray. -bent top overhead sliding poor panel (was able to bend it back but it still has small creases -missing hardware for the actual build, including the door (put in a warranty claim), some uprights, and the screw with hole in it for overhead door. I was able to create my own -side door deadbolt knob fell off -the directions show two people that were able to put up the main supports. This couldn’t be further from the truth and it took 4 people, with three holding and me screwing in the supports for it to actually stay up. There was only 3 mph wind that day. -While the shed indicates that it’s wind resistant, it took nearly full construction for me to have faith that it wasn’t going to fall over. Had to use ratchet straps and weights to continuously keep it from falling over -the instructions were horrific, many of the diagrams didn’t have all parts labeled, and it took me 45 minutes of paging forward and backwards for me to make my own drawing that was actually competent -both the front (exterior) and rear (interior) gables are stained with i have no idea what, and the front gable was wavy, creased, and would not flatten out. -safety cable for the interior overhead door keeps coming loose even though it was installed to instructions -some side and roof panels weren’t even marked with part numbers and were dry -some roof and side panels had part numbers immediately washed away when coming into contact with a snowflake, making it impossible to know which number it was. The shed looks nice from afar with the exception of the mismatched roof panel. Up close, not so much. While the shed is pretty sturdy once it’s put together, it was the complete opposite up to that point. I put 60 hours into building it, and took at least 7 days off of work to complete it. I can honestly say that I will never recommend this shed to any ever. I would have gladly paid more for a prebuilt shed that was complete just to be dropped in and anchored. This was not worth the cost at all, and I’m not satisfied with the end product. ... show more

Comes in small pieces so you are puecing together everything versus having a solid rafter. Its not even worth it as a tool shed. Snow blows in through every corner and its just not a solid building like the ones i bought from ky steel and preifert. They were not available and we needed something quick, this barn has been a total waste of thousands of dollars. The door is not a real door- its pieced together siding. The thing blew off when it was closed the latch is a piece of crap. Screw keep popping out. We have reinforced the frame with wood which helped alot but.... What a waste if time and money. ... show more

Just finished my 12x20 garage and I’m loving it! Sure it was a pain in the behind but what do you expect? My advice- take your time! Unpackaged everything and organize it. This will save you loads of time when looking for parts. READ the instructions twice maybe 3 times! Stare at the picture for an hour if you need to. Trust me it all fits and went up great. I would buy some beer and invite your buddies over to help with the trusses. I tried by my self and dang near killed me. All in all it took me 3 full days and I’m very pleased with it.
