I wanted to leave this review for you, the shopper, as I wish someone had left a review like this for me to read while picking out which computer would suit my needs. I am a 45 yr old gal who loves to game, 'window' shop, watch YouTube and get ideas from Pinterest. As much as I would love a best-in-tech gaming rig that could easily play cyberpunk2077, I dont have a grand to throw in. So, I was shopping for a computer tower that would allow me to play some WoW, Sims 4 w/all the expansions, & some other cute cozy games. I found this gem about a year ago and have had in my card ever since. My husband knows his stuff when it comes to specs, and I ran this bad boy by him and he gave it his blessing. Yesterday was my birthday and I splurged and treated myself and I have no regrets!! Please keep in mind I haven't had a desktop in at least 10 years so I had no idea how easy the setup and installation has become! I was expecting multiple disks, downloading drivers and huge amounts of frustration BUT the whole process was a breeze! Super easy, I got to completley see and understand what 'plug n play' actually means. If u want a normal computer that has room, is fast, has a badass graphics card and feels like u got it going on, grab this puppy. I am so happy that I did it. You will be too. Promise. Also, its way better IMHO to buy a Dell that is refurbished than a knockoff brand that u have no support for and no hope of ever upgrading. Just sayin. This computer is horrible!! please do not buy this and waste your money! I had it less than a day and after I finish setting it up, which took nearly all day the computer crashed and would not turn back on. Once I did get it to turn on it would restart over and over again and then blue screen, and nothing in the bios worked. There are brand new computer computers that you can buy that will cost a little bit more and not be such a headache. ... show more

love this computer i bought it for gaming and to be honest i have use it more for my vinyl cutter program and for designing logos and things it does better then my laptop, i have not had one problem out of it like most other comments said that they did i was very hesitant after reading comments but im glad i went and got it anyways and didnt think i would use as much as i do the only thing that i have had a problem with was the mouse and i just ordered a wireless mouse ... show more

Works great however I keep getting things pop up, every once in a while when I turn it on, and the computer has to restart to come on normally. I can't find anywhere who to contact to fix this. Would be a five start rating if I could easily find the seller and be able to contact them about this issue. Amazon just keeps taking me to Rufus and it's not helping me to fix the problem. ... show more

Arrived fine, the keyboard does not light up so that was defective but really don't care anyways. It is a bare bones just enough PC for old man gaming. OLD graphics card but if you reduce to 1080 and lower settings on games to medium or Low. It works fine. I use it to play PGA 2K25 and initially it would not run it but I lowered resolution and set alot of stuff to medium or some low and it works fine. Its on a 75inch TCL Roku tv and I bought a cheap wireless keyboard and mouse for it from Menards and hooked up a Ps4 remote no problem Only weird issue is no sound through remote with headset and also aftermarket remote would not load driver. windows issue not PC itself. Bluetooth and WiFi are just included dongles but they work. I use some cheap amazon BT over ear earbuds for game and it works fine. for 299.00 it works as expected. If you were playing anything that requires fairly fast FPS pass on this. But for easy gaming like golf or similar it would be fine.. ... show more
