This chair is very good if you're looking for a simple and inexpensive piece. Putting it together is easy enough and the instructions are complete and correct. And it's comfortable. But what I really want to highlight and the reason I'm giving this 5 stars is for the customer service and support of the seller. The first chair I received had a defect with one of the legs making it unusable, but it was unfortunately the last piece of the assembly. Rather than face deconstructing and re-packing the chair to return it to Amazon, I took a chance and sent a message to the seller. They responded almost immediately and worked out a solution that avoided me having to return the chair. And the replacement arrived as quickly as any Prime delivery would. Stylish and comfortable. I was looking for an armchair to fit in my small apartment. This armchair is perfect. It has the style that can compliment modern or traditional decor. It looks more expensive because of the style and sturdiness of the furniture. The fabric is soft and cozy. It took about 30 minutes to assemble. It came in one heavy box. Don't open it if you don't like the color because it is vacuumed sealed and you cant return it if its open. The cushions puff up once opened. The directions were very helpful and straightforward. You might want a small pillow to offer lower lumbar support. It is very comfortable. I would suggest an ottoman for your feet. ... show more

Wish I could give it 5 stars as this is a great chair! Unfortunately, the back seams are off around the zipper making it look bad from behind and the way mine is positioned, you can see the back of it. Not bad enough to return but other than the wonky seam, this chair is fabulous. The color is perfect, the material is nice and the chair is comfortable to sit in. We ordered the navy blue chenille. The color is more denim than navy, but that works perfectly for us. The chair was easy to assemble; my husband did it by himself in less than 30 minutes. It is comfortable, suits our decor perfectly, and for this price, it's a no-brainer.

Recently I bought a sleeper chair and sleeper sofa from Amazon - you know the ones that are everywhere. I was satisfied with them, but only due to the price. They were laborious to assemble and are very firm and mildly uncomfortable (fixed with after market throw cushions). I was expecting about the same with this chair. BOY was I wrong. This chair took 10 minutes to put together and no tools required. It stays together very well with just clever engineering of push together parts. Very solid. I picked it up by the arms and still solid. The cushions are actually very comfortable right at the start. Not too firm (a common problem with this kind of furniture) and not so soft as to make me worry about longevity. It is a perfect size. I am 6 foot tall and 225 pounds, and this fits well. But it is not so deep that my tiny 82 yo mother would find it hard to sit in (like our MUCH more expensive sofa and loveseat). Also, it fits in with those expensive pieces very naturally. Doesn't look out of place at all. I would have no doubts about buying an entire living room suite with this manufacturer, if you are on a budget. Light enough to make it possible to move on my own up or down the stairs. I am very happy with this chair. It is a genuine bargain. ... show more

These chairs are amazing! Easy to put together and very comfortable. They are sturdy and roomy. I have sat in them for 2 hours at a time and they are comfortable. I have them in my office and large men over 6ft have been comfortable as well. The blue color is like a soft denim color but the fabric is a chenille blend. Not great quality . The chair holds up nicely, but the legs started splintering when screwing them in just due to the wood moving on the fabric. You can unzip the cushion accidentally in the middle just by touching it, the zipper opens. Additionally, I've had to cut so many little strings off the sides of the chair, it basically came with frayed edges. The back of the chair is a fabric piece that drapes down and velros to the bottom, but this piece had an entire unhemmed side and looked like fringe. The piece also isn't long enough.
