Very good product. Unflavored with no fishy taste/aftertaste. I don't use a full packet each time. One-quarter packet works fine for me, so I end up with 4 servings to one packet. Twenty packets to a box. Non-GMO Project Verified with symbol on front of the box; this way you know there were no bioengineered products added to the product. Product can be added to any drinkable liquid, stir, and drink. For me, I would add to juice, water, or a smoothie. Not sure if the Marine collagen would work well in hot beverages. Sits well with the stomach, the texture is finely ground so mixes smoothly, no chemical or lab-added ingredients. The collagen adds good protein to the body and helps to plump up the skin. As far as for pain relief, if the product is used on a daily basis, eventually the collagen begins to build up the tendons and ligaments and helps with cushioning the areas between the bones to provide some relief. I am not a doctor and I can only suggest what it has done for me regarding pain relief.

Like adding collagen to my coffee in the morning for the health benefits. Almost all collagens are from bovine related sources (there are a few plant ones out there.) This is a great alternative from marine sources. Tastes great, blends easily.

This marine collagen is much better for hair and nails than the regular collagen powder from Vital Proteins. Hair feels much softer, thicker and healthier. It is unflavored which makes it easy to mix with my morning coffee or tea.

Excellent product, would highly recommend because it is flavorless and easy to merge into my routine. However, I've tried both sizes of the marine collagen and neither come with a scoop - seems a little strange considering your bovine collagen does.

I took another well known (Old is a hint on the name of the brand) collagen for a year. It did Nothing and not even grow my fingernails. I decided to try Vital Protein Marine Collagen. I've now taken it over a year. My nails and hair began growing. I noticed the skin on my hands and forehead look smoother. Wow! I ran out and intended to get more but became to busy for 3 months. Oh my goodness what a mistake! The difference showed up... My skin all over started to lose plumpness. I could not believe it! Anyway I have bought more and am presently try to get back to where I was... I can now see the difference again. Worth the buy!!

I’ve been using this marine collagen for a while. Cant speak about the benefits for skin or hair but the nails definitely grow faster, which I dont really care about because I like my nails short. Now, Im very curious why 34 servings container has a different texture to it?? I bought it once, as it was cheaper than 18 servings, but it has a stronger smell and, while it completely dissolves in my coffee, it doesnt create that fluffy foaminess on top (like if you add a creamer) that I get with 18 servings? What’s the deal, Vital Proteins? So unreliable when it comes to quality, yet you keep increasing the price, and now we dont even get the spoon. You are already a number one sold brand, yet getting more and more greedier. On the side note, I wanted to warn the ladies buying this collagen at stores like TJmaxx. I bought two VP marine collagens last summer and after using them I experienced a very tense breast and frequent pain. Not just before and after my period (which I normally dont even experience), but daily. I almost went to the doctor but then, thank God, the pain subsided and now everything is back to normal. It lasted for about 2-3 months. So beware when buying at the discounted stores. Perhaps not all of them are bad, but those two I bought were abnormal.

Have been taking Marine Collagen every morning in my coffee/tea for about two years. First year my skin, hair and body aches did seem a lot better then before taking it. Second year I got covid which left my hair falling out to this day. I still take Marine Collagen I just feel better over all taking it then not. I do think it is pricey for the amount you get. I only take one scoop so it last longer. If it were cheaper I would take the full two scoops. I do not notice any taste other then coffee/tea flavor. I prefer Marine Collegen because I do not eat meat.. So I cannot speak for the others.
