I had read reviews but took a chance. I love it! Only 4 stars for the back height but otherwise perfect. Clear instructions and easy to put together. The most difficult part is zipping on the arm rests. Time will tell about quality but is beautiful today!

The back of the chair is not very supportive and the back pillows are very flat. The back of the chair wobbles and squeaks with very little pressure, no matter how much I tighten the bolts. Also, the back is just a hollow metal frame, covered with fabric. The rest of the chair is great, but the flimsy back and lack of support really take away from the chair. ... show more

This is the ultimate comfy loveseat chaise. I would have given 5 Star but the back cushions want to slip down behind the cushion so i bought a kind size pillow to fill the gap.
