It fits fine. It does tend to make me more comfortable than I would otherwise be. If you have back issues like i do, you might be able to relate. Sometimes all it takes to bring on an excruciating jolt of pain is a simple movement in the wrong direction. It's almost like a severe electric shock in my case. This tends to hold things together, so that movement is not allowed, thereby reducing those incidents of that particular pain, which is the worst in my case. At the end of the day, it's a belt, not a miracle. If you temper your expectations to that, I think you will appreciate what it does. ... show more

It works great so far; the adjustment feels very comfortable. My only concern is the soft Velcro. I’ve had this type of Velcro before on other products and didn’t last long. I’ll update at some point.

This back brace has pretty good support and is comfortable to wear with the ability to adjust for your own needs. My only complaint is that the velcro wants to stick to the felt-like material and I'm concerned the material may tear because it's rather hard to get the velcro off of it - not a deal breaker though ... just be careful with it if that happens to you.
