I purchased this pool vacuum after seeing videos and reviews. The vacuum cleaner worked for 6 weeks. It’s fully charged but doesn’t turn on. Doesn’t clean the pool the same way the video shows. Not a happy customer. I don’t qualify for a return or refund because the time for that. Dont purchase, not worth the money ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It’s the cheapest one I could find, honestly. It doesn’t charge in 2 hours & run for 1.5 as it says. It takes several hours to charge, but also runs for several hours. It will not pick up sand or filter the pool water at all. But, it’s good for pine needles, leaves and bark which is what I needed it for. ... show more
