I had an issue with one part and I usually do an exchange through Amazon, but I had an option to contact seller and I did. They had great customer service and solved the issue right away. While I love the look and comfort of this chair, it has a major flaw. This was a Christmas present for my 13 year old daughter. (200 lbs BELOW the weight limit) Alittle over 30 days in the seat base bent right in 1/2! Whatever material is used for the seat base is not sturdy and did not hold up to the daily use of a 100lb person. I reached out to the company about a warranty and was told they have a 30 day return policy!! How convenient…😒 So now I’m out $80 and the company won’t stand behind their product.
