Was a bit skeptical at first, but there were a bunch of high ratings, so I pulled the trigger. I am happy to say, the product is exactly what it says it is. It's very con=mfortable. Just an FYI, if you're an older or smaller person, this will take two people to get the box in the house and move it where you want it. But, once you get it out of the box, it's pretty straightforward. Unleash the chaise from it's bag and let it poof up for a day or so. The cover is VERY soft and cozy and the memory foam is on the hard side, but with a bad back, that's what I was looking for. I'm 6'2" and I can comfortably lay on the chaise. Size was great. Had to add pillows inside arms, came very flat. Velcro that holds the arms down needs to be thicker, wider and tougher. Does not hold the arm in place. Pillow does not stay up.Because material is so silky smooth.Everything slides on it.
