Very comfortable, pretty simple to assemble but some of my bolt holes didn't line up on the back so I had to drill the hole out a little bigger to get them to line up, and the foot rest is pretty short, im only 5'7 and the rest ends mid calf. other than that, it's a great chair for the price!

The padding is thick but not too soft, so it supports me well during long gaming or work sessions. Chair is fairly easy to put together. Great height. We loved the weight limit it has. My son tends to flop into the chair and it is still standing. Very quite chair, you don't get the creaky noise from it. The gaming chair reclines with no issues. My son says the chair is very comfortable for gaming in. The price point was a great value for us. Very happy with my purchase 😃

This chair shock gave away after 3 months. Im a little over 300 so 400 should hold me easily and it did for a few months. But thats it and to be honest it was not comfortable from day one. Beware this is bad quality. The screws on the arms loosen on there own. When i took it apart here was the proof that the shock fails. The shock came off in 2 pieces

The media could not be loaded. Sturdy and comfortable - there is a fifth leg you have to place onto base, plastic is thick and directions aren’t clear about how to put on. Took a bit to figure out how to place leg onto the base and still needed FIRM PRESSURE to secure into place. Once that part is over the rest is a breeze. Also I feel the fifth leg really adds much support to the chair. I suggest screwing the arm onto the chair body first - the arm is flexible so it makes it much easier for placement on the seat. The massager is wired so keep that in mind when setting up chair. 8/10 set up 10/10 comfort 9/10 mobility (wired massager hinders certain movements) Overall this chair is well worth the price.
