I’m rating the chair 5 stars because it’s nice and comfy however out of the box I realized that some things were wrong with the chair already. Not sure if this was on purpose or not. Firstly, the part on the side of the chair that connects the arm rests with the back was not cut out for me to put the bolt into so I had to literally cut into the chairs fabric to get to the part. Luckily you don’t see it because the arm rest covers it. Not sure if the fabric wasn’t cut out because people use the chair without arm rests or what. Secondly, the chair did not have threads where the bolt goes to connect the back of the chair to the seat part so I had to go out and buy nuts just to keep it in place as they were not provided. Honestly the quality of the chair is pretty nice. It feels high end but it feels like I was D.I.Y-ing some of the chair as well. Not sure if others have this but that’s just how my chair came. ... show more
