A really cool looking chair and pretty easy to assemble if you follow directions but I did come into a problem that has yet to be fixed.. The wheels don’t stay attached to the chair. The instructions say push them in until you hear a click and you can hear a click but as soon as you take away pressure the wheels kinda just fall out. I bought a plastic floor mat and I thought that’d fix the problem but it definitely didn’t. Maybe I did it wrong but I don’t think so I’ll delete this review if support reaches out with a solution. ... show more

Not easy to assemble and horrible directions. Rated support as 0 since there is not any. Directions missing steps or chair defective. I would go to a gaming store and buy a chair rather than ordering this and trying to assemble. Also paid $30 for shipping and would love to send it back.
