A really cool looking chair and pretty easy to assemble if you follow directions but I did come into a problem that has yet to be fixed.. The wheels don’t stay attached to the chair. The instructions say push them in until you hear a click and you can hear a click but as soon as you take away pressure the wheels kinda just fall out. I bought a plastic floor mat and I thought that’d fix the problem but it definitely didn’t. Maybe I did it wrong but I don’t think so I’ll delete this review if support reaches out with a solution.

My son loves this chair! Putting it together was only halfway difficult, but it’s sturdy and heavy. Great buy for the gamers in your life! Would recommend for sure!

Not easy to assemble and horrible directions. Rated support as 0 since there is not any. Directions missing steps or chair defective. I would go to a gaming store and buy a chair rather than ordering this and trying to assemble. Also paid $30 for shipping and would love to send it back.
