Great item, the sideboard buffet is solid, sturdy and beautiful. Although it took some time to put together, the directions were thorough and it was pretty easy. I thought the description stated the interior shelves were adjustable, however they are not, but they are tall enough for big bottles and glasses. It fits perfectly into our new space and will be decorated once the room renovation is complete. The item came with two same side doors for one of the sets of doors, however, customer service was amazing. They immediately shipped out the correct door and followed up to ensure I received it and was a happy customer. I would highly recommend this item and vendor, and plan to purchase from them again in the future.

This buffet cabinet looks very good, and soft close door hinges are a nice plus. As shipped, this weighs over 100 pounds, so you may need additional help in bringing this inside and unpacking. Assembly instructions were very good, but there is quite a bit of assembly involved. I broke up assembly into 3-4 days, doing a little bit each day. Everything fit correctly, and there were even some extra pieces of hardware included. Very happy with appearance and quality- it's sturdy, and has lots of storage space. Great value!

Great cabinet for a record player, Sadly it had a CHIP in the front corner and the missing piece wasn't anywhere in the box, so we couldn't glue it back on, guess it's in the warehouse. However, the size is just what we needed for records and the ability to put it together was very easy, with well labeled parts. Looks great, too.

I ordered this sideboard for my new house and didn’t get around to building it right away. Upon opening it, we discovered that one of the pieces was damaged during shipping. I had read many of the product reviews and had seen that this tends to happen, but each review stated that customer service was very helpful in fixing any issues (which was a reason I felt comfortable purchasing a large piece of furniture online). I reached out to customer service right away. They got back to me very quickly and sent out a replacement piece which also arrived in a timely manner. I was provided a tracking number for the replacement part as well. Upon receiving the new piece, customer service reached out to follow up and make sure everything was ok. I was very impressed at the level of attention and dedication to making the situation right. The sideboard itself is beautiful once built. The fluted detail and wood grain paired with the gold accent handles makes this piece look very high end. It took my husband around 1.5 hours to complete. It is sturdy and good quality once it was all put together, at a great price point. It was well worth the wait in the long run. I am very happy with how this piece looks in my home!

Do not buy this product on Amazon. I purchased two of these items for my trichology studio. They looked beautiful on Amazon, but when the first package arrived and we started assembling, the pieces were all wrong. We tried several ways to put it together, but it was crooked, and the doors would not close. I contacted Amazon for a return, but the return shipping was going to cost me $314 out of my own pocket—much more than the product is worth. I asked Amazon for a prepaid return label, but after a month and a half, I am still waiting. One box I never even opened, because after the first one came defective, I refused to waste more time. The quality of the product is terrible, and the seller is even worse. He only replies through generic emails, never resolves the issue, and I have called Amazon countless times with no solution. Don’t waste your money—this seller is awful.

Overall, I’m really happy with this sideboard. The fluted walnut design looks great and gives the room a clean, modern feel, and there’s plenty of storage inside to keep things organized. Assembly took some time, and I did miss a step and installed the hinges in the wrong spots, but the support team responded quickly and helped me fix it without any hassle. Once everything was put together correctly, the cabinet felt solid and well made, and it’s been a great addition to the space.

Product came in early. Box was a bit damaged but the packing was good so no damage to product. It came with all parts and manual. It looks the same as in website picture. Product is strong and good. It was easy to assemble. Overall good !
