Amazing Chair
This chair was easy to put together, very comfortable, easy to move around and adjust, and looks great for the price. I honestly wasn’t expecting nothing good at this price point, but it exceeded my expectations.

Great Purchase Under $120
Chairs these days never seem to be as plush as they look in the photos. That said, while this chair is a little on the thin side, it’s still very comfortable and feels surprisingly well made. The listed dimensions are slightly off (as expected), but only by about an inch—nowhere near as inaccurate as some others I’ve tried. I’ve already returned two other brands this year, but I’m definitely keeping this one. It looks great, feels sturdy, and the arms are perfect! As far as comfort goes, only time will tell how well it holds up, but my initial impression is very positive. It’s comfortable and spacious, even for me at nearly 300 lbs. One thing I did notice is that the wheel mounting points use a strange free-floating welded design. I’m not sure how those will hold up over time or whether they could eventually snap with regular use. However, the steel throughout the rest of the chair is impressively thick and heavy, so overall it feels very solid. The packaging was also superb. The bolts came pre-applied with blue, red, and yellow Loctite where appropriate, and it even included a full-color installation booklet/poster and a T-handle tool. Those are nice touches you don’t always see at this price. Hopefully my photos help anyone considering it. For $120, I think this is a great buy!

Comfortable. Good value for money.
Good quality but the picture to real proportions are not quite right. But still pretty comfortable

There are better options out there
I am 5’4”, and the lowest setting on the chair is too high for me. I have to use a footstool to make it work. I like that the back support pillow can be placed wherever I need it. I don’t use the headrest cushion, and I did not attach the footrest section. I don’t need that. I use this for work. The chair is nice looking and sturdy, but I still need a seat cushion to make the seat comfortable. It’s too hard without one, so hard it surprised me. The seat cushion I use is probably contributing to the chair being too high for me, but it’s way too uncomfortable without one. This chair helps me hold correct posture, which was why I bought it. It’s a decent value at the sale price, and I appreciate that it helps me hold my posture the way I want. I don’t like that it has the logo on the chair head portion. It’s kind of silly looking. The chair is a deep gray color and the fabric is soft. I think taller, heavier people will hate this chair. It isn’t very big. I weigh 100 pounds, for reference. Putting this chair together takes two people about 30 to 45 minutes. Some of the screws were difficult to work with, but overall it was not hard to assemble. I don’t recommend this chair. I think there must be better options available. I just don’t want to disassemble it and return it, so I’m making it work. 2 1/2 stars.

Go Buy a Wood Chair, not this.
This chair seems like it would be nice, but it's not worth even the discounted price. It is uncomfortable with less padding than what the image is showing you. The actual physical measurements do not match what was listed for the item, they are short by over an inch. The "recline" is just the back folding back, no tilt to the seat part. The 3 positives is that it was pretty easy to put together, sits tall, and has a sturdy metal base. The caster wheels are bad. The padding is bad. The neck pillow is missing. It's smaller than advertised. What's the point if it feels like you're sitting on a wooden chair with wings that stab you in the back? Honestly, you'd probably be more comfortable in a wooden chair. Don't waste your money on this.

FALSE ADVERTISING hooked me in - regret the purchase!
medium quality chair that won't last! This chair is advertised as having a 21" wide seat and the Video Ad shows the entire chair recline, not just the backrest. Both of these are false advertising. The seat width is barely over 20" and to be honest I'm being generous with that measurement because most of the seat width is well under that number. As for reclining, it simple does not and the video used for advertising showing a front counterweight and whole chair recline is an outright lie. Sadly it was the ENTIRE reason I chose this chair so I'm more than a little irritated by this false advertising. I paid full price less than a week ago and now it's under $100. If I'd only paid $100 I'd still be upset and want to return it. I guess I'm still shopping for my next All Day office chair.
