Impossible to find a replacement charger. I lost on of the chargers and have tried multiple different brands of chargers including ‘universal chargers’ and adapter and nothing works aside from the original. Seems like that was intentionally designed from what I’ve read online.

Tried a lot of "off-brand" monitors and while most were OK this one is pretty much GREAT for what you're getting. The picture quality is just better than expected. Night vision is impressive. I mean its going to be grainy, but I can clearly see my child and her surroundings. The zoom feature is great. The options to view two cameras is nice because you can decided which camera to view on which side of the screen. This is helpful because it does cut out quite a bit of the landscape view when split-screen, so you might find that one-child is in better view if split on the other side. It usually works out just fine for me and if not, I just go in and change the camera's position. Also had zero issues with interference and I live in a big house with concrete basement walls.     • Battery life drastically decreases
I received this for my baby shower. For the price, it offers good quality image, good sound. Sadly, the monitor’s battery life has decreased significantly to the point that 10mo in, it doesn’t even fully charge after being plugged in all night and it lasts unplugged less than 1h. It lasted the whole night (so 10-12h) maybe the first week, then I had to have it plugged in throughout the night because it would beep loudly. Super disappointed. ... show more

    • Cheap material, short lifespan
I bought this monitor because it had the dual camera function with seemingly good reviews citing great and clear field of vision along with clear audio. While the monitor did have those things at first, it quickly fell apart just from daily use. Within weeks the battery had swollen and could barely hold a full charge for an hour. Then the monitor got accidentally knocked off our bedside table onto our bedroom rug by our toddler and when I picked it up the screen was black. Audio was still working and so were the buttons, but no image on the screen at all. I tried to email the Axvue "customer service" multiple times to get no response and even tried to go through amazon but the link it supplies is a phony website with no active links. I have been trying to file for a defective unit, a refund, or just any type of customer service and have not gotten anything in return. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed with this product and also extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service Axvue provides. I have been trying to get in contact with someone for months with no answer. If you buy this camera and you get a defective or what seems to be average quality product from Axvue, good luck ever getting any customer service or care for the product. You should spend the extra money on a camera that has a legit company behind it and can resolve issues with its products. ... show more

2 years after this purchase the battery started dying quickly, got a replacement battery, and now the monitor turns off randomly. I really thought it would last longer than this. Still love the Vox feature! Previous review: I LOVE this monitor. I had it on my baby registry and received it as a gift. Great battery life. I take the monitor off the charger in the morning and it lasts 12-14 hours before it beeps to let you know to plug it back in. Vox feature is wonderful. I don’t like the screen being on all night so this is an awesome feature. Vox allows the monitor to turn on when my baby starts crying. There are different sensitivity levels for that as well. Night vision is above average. I always check that my baby is breathing before I go to bed and this monitor is so clear that I can see his chest rise and fall on the camera. Also love that it does not have a WiFi connection. Great product! Highly recommend! Update 7/1/23: Still love the monitor but as we have transitioned child #1 to a different room, the picture quality at night is not great from an across the room view. My mom watches my nephews and has had this monitor set for five or so years with zero issues. Absolutely loves it. So she gave us the same set for our first about a year ago. We loved it. The quality was great and it had all of the features we were looking for. VOX, night vision, good volume, high quality video, etc. At around six months, the one camera we were using suddenly stopped connecting to the monitor and we couldn’t get it to reconnect. The camera itself when it became disconnected started beeping and woke my daughter up from her nap. Oh well, we had another camera. We switched cameras and have continued to enjoy this monitor until tonight, at 11.5 months, the monitor has completely fritzed out. See picture. Now we are looking for a new monitor set that comes with two cameras. ... show more

    • No battery life after 1 year
The media could not be loaded. I bought this product 1 year ago and unfortunately got locked out of my old account so I'm not sure if I had a warranty. But the monitor stopped working a couple weeks ago. About 2 months ago it stopped holding battery life so it had to be plugged in to even stay on and THEN it finally just shut off and won't turn on at all. I'm really disappointed about this because it was working great up until two months ago and I've only had it for a year! ... show more
