    • Ridiculously easy set up! Love so far
We received this dual monitor yesterday and immediately set up as our old one went out and haven’t been able to keep an eye on our 3 and 1 year old. The cameras came already paired with the parent unit so literally all we had to do is turn them on. Adjusting the cameras is so smooth and they move seamlessly with your controls from the parent unit which is SO different than our old monitor. I truly didn’t realize how crappy our old monitor was until this came. The parent unit stayed charged all night. The only thing I’m just barely slightly bummed about is even the lowest VOX setting still registers our daughters sound machine. It’s about 4 feet away from the camera but will still pick it up. Ultimately I turned down the sound machine volume until we can maybe rearrange the camera further away. But super minor and easily fixed ... show more

    • Hands down the BEST!
I’ve used multiple monitors over the past few years. This is by far my favorite. I’ve never spent this much on a camera, but by the multiple cheaper ones I’ve had & died, I could of just bought this one for cheaper than all of them combined. Range is good. Easy to use. Love the different settings. I have one camera set each in each kids room. Split screen is fabulous with multiple kids. Battery life is INSANE. It will go from 8 am-9pm without being plugged in. I don’t think the temperate reading part works right.. it constantly says the rooms are 63 degrees when they are actually around 68. It also doesn’t keep track of time correctly. It runs a alittle fast. Will recommend this to everyone I know. ... show more

So I have twins and it took me a while to find a good baby monitor because I needed a double baby monitor, obviously two babies lol. I did my research and I came across the babysense double baby monitor. We went ahead and ordered it and by far in my opinion one of the best baby monitor companies out there. A few weeks ago the antenna to my monitor broke as I was lifting it up. So I reached out to the company by email to see what kind of coverage we had or if I was going to have to purchase a new monitor. And they stated that they would reach out within 24 to 48 hours. It didn’t even take 24 hours for someone to reach out to me. They asked me what type of product I had and a few other questions. And they told me that it wasn’t a product malfunction basically so it wasn’t covered under the protection plan but they were still going to send me a new monitor at zero cost, for free!! I couldn’t believe that I was gonna get a new monitor for free because the monitor itself is $100! I was so excited and grateful that they actually sent me one for free and they let me keep the other monitor that still works. It’s kind of blurry because the antenna like I said snapped off, but I am so grateful again that they sent me a new monitor for free. I didn’t have to pay anything I didn’t even have to pay shipping. The person I spoke to was so nice and helped me with everything I needed. So I just have to say I’m so happy with this product. I will be purchasing from them from now on. I’m just very grateful!! So easy to find out one of them needs me since now I can’t be with both at the same time. If you have two kids and want to be able to hear both rooms. This is the one. I absolutely love this baby monitor. Exactly what I wanted and needed! So easy to use and set up, Audio that switches between cameras every 15 seconds, a large screen with fantastic clarity. All the bells and whistles that you get with other monitors. This camera has worked great for us. Over a year old and still going strong. At one point the night vision quit working on one of the cameras and the company was super responsive and quick at getting it replaced.

We have been very happy with the baby monitor however, the screen on the monitor developed issues between the dual cameras. We reached out to customer support and they took immediate action and replaced it with a new monitor. PROS: -2 cameras w/ split screen -Sleep mode (will be in standby until it hears noise, then it will turn on) -Long lasting battery -Great range -Easy to use and figure out CONS: -Too quiet for my liking -Temperature seemed off compared to my other camera temperature Overall, it's a great camera!
