Did a lot of research, 1st season with sectional & no issues. Super happy with purchase. Good price point and fits perfect in the location needed. Very time consuming to assemble, recommend following the directions exactly. Cushion comfort is moderate due to thickness (thinner than most) but they are durable and look nice. Very inviting sectional and durable. Spouse is 300lbs and has no issues. Will buy again

This looked great once I was done, it took me a 75-year-old person about 3 hours to assemble, but well worth my time. It looks great the bottom cushions were 4"+ and comfortable. It fit perfectly on our screened in porch. My one comment is to follow the instruction do not take shortcuts and you should not experience difficulties with the assembly.

My daughter and I put it together ourselves! Easy peasy! Only drawback is it sits lower to the ground than a regular couch, but I can definitely live with that!

I spent over $500 with the furniture and delivery charge for this set to arrive with tons of problems. 1. The instructions are terrible and are far from being clear. 2. The furniture arrived with only 3 pieces that had the letters on them so we had to figure out what went to what part. 3. They sent the wrong screws leaving us to purchase longer ones. 4. Customer service is beyond professional and takes 24 to 48 hours to respond which led to days of emailing back and forth 4. After putting it together parts were missing and the seller says the product is no longer in the warehouse so we have to wait 3 weeks are longer for the factory to make it! Now wants me to uninstall and reinstall but how with the labeling not there. Honestly I wanted to return it the moment I got it but with the inconvenience of shipping it back and losing the expensive shipping cost I spent we stuck it out. This has been a horrible experience. The few pieces I do have look good and the coffee table is the nicest piece. However, I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone! I’m only rating it a 1 because you have to in order to submit a review. I would really like my money back and never buy from this seller again

My husband is very handy and was able to put the set together but did take quite a bit of time even for him. We had a problem with a missing part. Must say that it was resolved promptly and we are extremely happy with the look and comfort of the finished patio set. Great set for the price. Would recommend to others. All of the pieces came in 3 boxes as promised. The instructions were pretty easy to follow with a bit of common sense. I put it together myself in a few house with breaks here and there. Really sturdy and so far totally worth the $500 including shipping. The glass on the table is there, it's black to it makes the table look see through.
