Surprisingly excellent customer service. One of the round chair bases came with broken off pads on the bottom. I emailed and they immediately responded and sent a replacement part without any hassle. They emailed frequently with follow ups. Nice product. I'm very pleased that the swivel chairs also have a little bounce to them. Don't be surprised that you will have a lot of assembly to do. The parts are marked clearly and the instructions are simple. The tool provided is better than most.

Product was delivered damaged as a used returned item. Poor quality. Difficult to deal with the seller. Never reimbursed. Do not use this seller. Did not compensate for all the problems. Now stuck with poor quality outdoor patio set. It looks nice online but it’s not. Very unhappy.

Had problems at first because two of the chairs had holes that did not align for the screws. The owners sent me 2 replacement chairs and they fit together perfectly. It is quite a bit to put together but the end result is worth it. I will update my review once I put the table together.
