I tried to post a picture but didn’t work. This is a vibrating plate. It has the ability to heat up which feels wonderful on your feet. This vibrates in MHz according to what I’ve read. You want around 30MHz but the plate itself reads in speed. My point in stating this, the plate is extremely powerful. I own another machine that looks like a treadmill. On full power, it’s a joke. This plate you can feel the difference in your body. It’s helped my balance and I’ve trimmed weight off my legs and butt. It relaxes me at night. Takes the stress out of my body and I sleep better. I plan on buying another for my daughters house. Highly recommend this product!

So excited and amazed at how intense the vibration on this plate is. I've been looking for an affordable vibration plate that doesn't ossilate back and forth ( I've read it's very bad for back, hip, knee problems). It's very sturdy and can be tucked away under a couch or a closet. I've noticed a positive change in my mobility, sleep, energy and post work recovery. The only thing I don't like is how loud it is. Definitely not something you can use while people are trying to sleep near you. Other than that it's definitely become a necessity for my health tool kit ❤️

It works as expected, but only a few days. The control panel does not work anymore after a few days use. You have to physically turn off power to stop it and you cannot change level anymore

The media could not be loaded. It is very well made and it looks modern and sleek but it does not move side to side like other vibration plates. In my video I placed the Rotai on speed 20 which is the highest speed. I placed the Deracy vibration plate on speed 1 which is the lowest speed out of 180. As you can see the Deracy one moves left to right and the Rotai one does not look like it is moving at all. I feel the vibration on the Rotai in my face more than I do my legs/body. Rotai is heavy and well made but you aren’t getting the benefits of a vibration plate. I have been researching vibration plates for a while and this is the only one I have found that does not rock side to side. Also the pamphlet says the max weight is 220 while the listing says 300.

i use it as a footrest under my computer desk and damn if this thing keeps beeping and randomly turning on and off because your feet keep touching the easy to touch buttons. its annoying. other than that, its great. very powerful. i weigh 240lbs too. vibrates from head to toe.

I got this with such high hopes. I’ve always looked at these vibration plate exercise machines, and always wanted one badly. I never but the bullet though, until I saw this one. I decided to go BIG, as this is definitely the most pricy vibration plate machine I’ve ever seen, so I was excited and highly optimistic, that this machine must be top of the line, made well & ultra effective. For me, as of now, I’m unable to use this machine 😞. That literally broke my heart because I was soooooo stoked about it! Why? Whelp, I never had any issue with exercise machines I use, or my regular workouts because of it, but then when I read the materials in with this product, I saw something that scared me into NOT using it. I was told at my 2nd to last echocardiogram that I’m healthy, but do have a heart murmur :(. He told me not to stress about it, but it is there, and it’s nothing I ever heard about prior, but is, for some unknown to me reason, a reason to NOT use this product 😭. What would occur from it? This, I do not know. I was hoping to speak to my doctor by now so that I might hopefully hear that I CAN use this to workout with. I am an active person excited to try this, but my appointment was pushed back. I’ll have to update in time. That’s a HUGE bummer. It seems very well made, it’s sturdy, a bit smaller then I expected, but large enough to do the job, it seems. I do a lot of squats and core exercises, I really wanted the boost that these machines seem to offer, and the help of burning more fat. I have a little pain in my joints. I was optimistic that this could possibly help ease that, too. It comes with a remote control, and it is extremely expensive. Especially for a non-name brand piece of exercise equipment vs. what’s out there (aka the competition), but I really wanted to be able to tell you if it’s worth the steep, $600 price tag (at the time of ordering.) Maybe, just maybr, it totally is. I hope I’ll get the chance to know, but I MUST speak to my doc first 🙏! The quality seems impressive, the features good, the vibration is nice and strong. Will it live up to the cost?? We shall see. My hubby has a lot of joint pain, but could really use some exercise, but his injuries prevent him from doing too much. Maybe he would get some relief AND get more fit, too? He married 14 years younger, so I always worry about his health, and maybe it would be able to help him out there. Getting himself into better physical shape too? A nice bonus. So far, it’s been a month & sadly, no use. I’m really hoping I get a green light so I can share my own perspective, maybe make an exercise video using it & add some photos in use. Until then, I am rating this product 3 stars, leaving two open to see actual results and maybe even pain relief, if not in me.. perhaps then, in my husband. Crossing fingers I get to try it soon. Again, definitely the most pricy platform I’ve ever seen, and I’ve researched them a lot. I’m hoping it winds up worth it, the results for cost. Right now, I’m going middle of the road, until I know more. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ** I hope my review will update & be helpful for ya’ll. That’s what I really wanted with this product 😊.**
