Did not know what to expect when I ordered this plate machine! It has been a blessing to help with my tired legs due to age, circulation, and loss of muscle. I do not have room in my home to store exercise equipment, This products slides right under the sofa without a problem! The vibration of the machine gives a boost of energy throughout the body. I have had knee replacement and it helps the circulation, stiffness and hopefully will tighten the muscles! I'm sure it would be great for weight loss as it has attachments to help with exercising the body as described in the manual.It is also very quite while being used. My dogs do not even blink! I am just learning all the different features it has to offer but so far, I love everything about it. So easy to store and just pull it out from under the sofa and start shaking! How easy is that!!! Shipped quickly, read directions and ready to shake! Feels amazing! Worth every penny I paid for it.

Tiktok made me buy it. People are saying they are losing tons of weight just standing on this 30mins aday. It was faster and better option to buy it on Amazon rathar than Tiktok. I like this one i got. Light weight i can move it around no problem has remote controller so you dont have to bend down. 3 easy speed buttons make things easy. 1st 5mins on it my body start itching and itching goes away. Probably burning far lol. So far easiest weight loss stuff i got.

I have always wanted a vibration plate. Depending upon how fast you make it go, it is either a relaxation tool or a workout tool. Small movements allow your muscles to work without even realizing it. I have been using it each morning hoping to have it help with lymphatic drainage. Sometimes in the evening I use it as a workout tool. I'm looking forward to the results.

I love this vibration plate. Been using it almost a week now. Still learning how to use it and all the levels but I feel it in my legs and butt. Just in this short time my restless leg issues have gone. I am so happy! I took a star off because the remote doesn’t work.
