I have only been using these glasses for a short while but I already feel that there is a difference. My problem was looking at my phone before I go to bed. I’ve always had trouble sleeping but it has gotten worse. I do take an over-the-counter sleep med but it still was not working. I was told that the blue light from my phone may be keeping me awake. So I decided for a small amount of money to try it. So far I really feel there has been a difference- I do look at my phone, But it seems like I’m able to fall asleep now. And stay asleep. So I really feel that it works. I will update if anything changes. But for now i’m happy with the product. They are very lightweight not my particular style if I was going to wear them outside of the house but they are still attractive. I have the clear frame.

Maybe my product was defective, but these glasses did very little to block blue light. There are tests that can be done online to get an idea how much light the glasses are blocking. The glasses did exceptionally poor on all the tests. I guess I got what I paid for.

The glasses came scratched -- the tinted film that blocks the blue light was damaged in several areas. Additionally, usage revealed an issue with reflecting light. They do filter blue light, but they can't manage the rest of the spectrum in a way that doesn't create some nuisance.

honestly isn’t that bad but I feel like it doesn’t do much so I say find another brand or get real ones

It came with no instructions on how to use the tester, no instructions on what to expect. So...I Google blue light testers and it didn't seem to change the blue color in a test color wheel. How do I know these work or not? Stacy (with eye that is bothering me.)

Got these because I spend a lot more time staring at computer screens than I really probably should. No need to question whether or not these things actually block blue light because they have a lot inside that proves it. What I will speak to is my experience with comfort and glare. These are pretty comfortable. I'm not someone who wears glasses normally so I definitely feel them resting on my nose but overall they're alright. A bit tight for my face though. Next, there is a small glare when wearing them. Thought it was a smudge or something at first but after cleaning them over and over, there's just a bit of a glare sometimes. Not too big an issue but I thought I'd tell you. Overall, they do the job and I'll keep them in my bag for whenever I need them.

These Blue light Blocking Glasses for Women have very clear plastic lenses. They are very easy to look out of as some of the glasses I have tried in the past had a color coating on them making it difficult to view out of. They also come with the tools you need to test your glasses to ensure they do block the blue light out (and they do). They are very stylish looking glasses, fold easily and have a decent case they come with along with a cloth to clean your glasses with. I think everyone looks a little different in these depending on the shape of your face. They are large glasses, so if you have a small face this is something you will want to take into consideration. These a good inexpensive quality blue light blockers and have been pleased with them.
