Twice the handle was broken...

This product was exactly what I was looking for, for my wife. We are avid drinkers of tea. However, I feel there is a design flaw where the handle meets the teapot. The packaging is well thought out, but shipping seems to take a toll where the handle attached to the ceramic teapot. This needs to be addressed by the manufacturer. This item was purchased twice, as by the pictures. I thought damage one time. Ok. But twice. That was my limit. Again, it seems to be a great product. If I could use it.

Great gift.

Bought it as a birthday gift for a roommate. She loves it. It's a sturdy tea set, the tea-pot has some heft to it, as decent teapots should. The kettle is super fast, and has a really elegant design to it. It also makes plenty of boiling water for a decent amount of tea, enough for 4 cups, which it comes with. Coincidence?! Nah, just good planning.

This little set up for the different type of tease is great! I love that it starts in phase warm for the different kinds of cheese that I like. It’s quick easy to clean and stores away well. Side note: the ceramic cups are too hot to hold with hot tea in them. Have to wait until the tea reaches room temp to pick up the cup.

Came broken twice

I bought the kettle and tea pot set. Both times, the tea pot came broken. In one picture, its broken on the right and in the other, its on the left. The kettle seems good but whats the point in buying the tea set if it comes broken again and again. Really wanted to like this because it does look nice. Good luck to those who try the teaset
