This is a little teapot with some heft to it. It was very obvious I was pulling something cast iron out of the box. It makes about 2 cups of tea per brew and does a good job of it. Watch out, though, the handle gets pretty hot. While it's not making tea it does a great job of looking good. The design and color look fantastic in person. This little cast iron tea pot is intended for loose leaf tea and comes with a stainless steel infuser. In the photos, I put it in front of my regular tea pot for a size comparison. It is rather heavy and has a very pretty sunflower design. If you like to brew loose leaf tea, this is a great choice.
