It’s a lovely set and came well packaged. I appreciated that there was a note right when I opened it with instructions on how to contact customer service should anything have arrived broken or damaged, but everything was fine. I gave 4 stars because the tea I use fits through the small holes in the infuser, so I end up with tea leaves in the pot and cup. If you’re using a larger leaf, it shouldn’t be a problem. I think by design this infuser doesn’t end up brewing as strong, but maybe I would’ve known this if I was an experienced loose leaf tea drinker. I still love it, but it would be better for a more mild infusion, like a green or chamomile, and not as much for a stronger more medicinal steep like I was looking for. ... show more

Very pretty set, however the overall set, including the saucer, is smaller than my other ones. I was a little disappointed with that but still happy with the function and appearance of the set. The holes of the infuser are only on the bottom which means the tea has to steep a little longer but this was not problematic for me. Quick delivery. ... show more

This is a personal one person tea pot with a cup, pot, steeper, lid and little tea cup plate. The pot looks little taken out of the cup, and it is, but it holds about 12 oz of liquid. So you get about 2 "cups" of tea, and I mean is, you get to fill the tea cup it came with twice before it runs out of the clear pot. It's dainty, sweet and small and a bit delicate, but even with my clumsy hands it hasn't cracked or chipped...yet. ... show more
