So Far So Good...
Color: White-Straight
Size: 2 Step
The handrail assembles easily and is extremely sturdy. It will NOT install as a LEVEL rail although when I asked about it I was told that it would. I had to make an added riser to the wooden base I was using for this temporary need. Still, the rail looks great and is strong. But do not sit or climb on it. The coating seems good and the rail itself is smooth yet does not feel slippery. If needed, there are some "traction" spray coatings that may work - clear and with a mild abrasive material mixed in. One light spray would suffice. I did not do this but that would be added peace of mind. I would not recommend this for a very heavy use-need and I definitely cannot speak to any Code or ADA specifications. For the need I have - just a handy rail for a little stability - this is perfect. Mine is lag-screwed onto the wooden base and the base just sits there. It is heavy, treated wood and very stable - for this need. I will update this if any issues develop with the coating and it's exposure to the rain, etc. This came with good instructions. Noter that for the lower cross-bar - you install the brackets OPPOSITE of one another - one up and one down. For the Top Rail - the two brackets go the SAME WAY. An EXCELLEN tool kit is included. It has a long MAGNETIC bit holder, a masonry drill bit, a regular drill bit and a nut driver. All seem to be of a decent metal construction.

Perfect for Added Safety and Style
Color: Black-Straight
Size: 3 Step
These handrails arrived quickly and were exactly as described. As you can see, the color matched our setup perfectly! We host a lot of summer gatherings, so we wanted to make sure everyone could get down the steps to the hot tub safely. Installation was a breeze—it only took a few minutes to attach them to the deck. They’re super sturdy and feel very secure. For the price, you really can’t beat the quality. Highly recommend for anyone looking to add both safety and style to their outdoor space!

Great quality hand rail
Color: White with Balusters
Size: 4 Step
Excellent construction and a fair price. The soft curve top rail is especially heavy duty and has a quality look and feel. The included hammer drill bit is 10mm and has a lock bit shank that does not fit American tools, but it was easy to lock it into a drill chuck to ream the concrete hole after starting with a 3/8" drill.

Great product
Color: Black-Straight
Size: 2 Step
The hand rails are very sturdy and look great. Good value compared to others. The only issue is the drill bit included is of very poor quality. I would recommend getting a quality drill bit before you start the install.

Great with some lessons for others
Color: Black-Straight
Size: 4 Step
Why did you pick this product vs others?: This fit the bill perfectly, looked good, included all the hardware including drill bits and it looked simple to assemble. I bought two one for each side of my stairs. It took me about 90 minutes to assemble both. Installed they look great and are sturdy. Lessons learned: The instruction manual shows the assembly steps but they are out order, almost right to left. Sequencing of the assembly is important since the cross pieces, the rail and cross bar positions depend on the anchored uprights to fit properly. If you are anchoring into concrete, use a hammer drill. Per YouTube I was lead to believe I could use my cordless drill using the provided concrete bit. If I had I'd still be drilling.

Nice quality hand rail
Color: Black-Straight
Size: 4 Step
I am pleased with the look and quality of the hand rail, it works well for our deck stairs. Arrived quickly and was easy to install. We made sure to screw into the under-structure (not just top deck boards) and it feels secure.

Looks really nice and it’s sturdy
Color: Black-Straight
Size: 3 Step
Mounted it to 2x6 decking and it’s solid and it’s really sturdy. It looks great and doesn’t look cheap. We were missing The screws for the trim that goes around the footings so I will make a run to the local hardware store. Really no need for instructions but they came with it.
