It's sturdy, cute, and great for my tea time! Looks exactly like that picture- Oh, and if you get a broken one it's probably the driver's fault not this brand- it happened to me, but I got a new one/and a refund for the last one :)

    • Small, thick yet very cool tea cups!

I ordered these because I wanted a thicker cup for tea so that I didn't burn my hands or get cold too fast. These cups were perfect. They are much smaller than an American coffee mug, so keep that in mind. What makes them great is that they are very thick which does exactly what I needed them to do. They keep my tea warm for much longer as well as I don't have to worry that I will burn my hand holding. Even though they're small, the finger hole is big enough to get a good grasp on the cup. I'm around 200lb man, and I fit my finger enough to keep a solid grasp on the cup without worrying I will drop. The unique design reminds me of the movie "Ponyo", although I don't think that's what the idea was, I think they are quite cool. They stand out from anything you usually will find in the states and when I'm outside drinking tea out of them, my neighbors comment on how cool they look. I collect cute items but when I first saw this teapot and teacup set on Amazon I couldn't help but to click the Buy Now button because the design was on point. It's really really adorable and comforting. Just having the set on my table and looking at them make me happy. The only thing is that when you try to pour the teapot into the cup because it can spill so you have to be very careful when pouring. Handle of the teacup is made small that I almost dropped it by accident but still cute! It came with a tea strainer so I was able to enjoy the tea right away. It came in a cute box, protected better than other stuff I buy. The frogs eyes are a bit, drippy. The tadpoles fit snug in my palm. Smaller than I thought but I'm used to drinking tea out of a tall glass so take it as you want. The filter is a tight fit, as the hole isn't circular. But more as if a kid drew a circle and they went with that for the cut shape. I do worry about the constant rubbing of the metal filter to put it in will cause debri to fall into the pot. 😬 ... show more

I got these for my frog obsessed partner for her birthday. She cried. Very cute. There's a little mesh thing for brewing loose leave which is really nice. The frog pot holds about 2.5 cups of water. The glaze is nice and even very well made.

Was worried this froggo would just be a gimmick and not a really usable teapot but thankfully turned out to be an unfounded concern. The loose-leaf tea attachment in particular is very thoughtful and welcome.
