We had a couple of scratched parts and customer service sent new ones right away. We had a little more trouble getting a price adjustment when the price was lowered before we received the sets but Amazon helped us clear that up. We ordered a 7 piece set for our gazebo. The chairs arrived in few days and it was easy to put them together. The dining table was shipped thru fed-ex and it arrived damaged. I reached out to the seller and the response was super quick. They shipped a new table the very next day and it was delivered without any issues. I was able to put together the table in the next hour of delivery. The quality of the set is really good. It looks great in our gazebo.

These chairs look like they have wooden seats and backrests, but are in fact made of high density plastic. They are super easy to assemble, with just a few screws and with use of the included L wrench tool. The chairs are durable and feel sturdy once assembled, and they look of good quality as well. The sun has started picking away at mine, but that was after months of direct exposure. I'd recommend covering them when not in use.
