Purchased this along with a Nija Course. Grandkids (8, 7,4 and 2) spent all day on the Zip Line. I added a Slackers brand Classis Mesh Swing Seat and that allowed them to "fly" on their belly's. Great fun! -Nice Quality! I allowed for 18" of drop over 50' and that worked well.

For the longer models (I installed the 160 foot zipline), it will be hard to get the cable tight. I used my tractor to pull it while my son tightened the wire rope clamps. Also, the clamps provided are not great. I ended up going to the hardware store and buying new ones that were much heavier duty. One of the provided clamps broke during installation, and I didn't feel comfortable using them. This is an overall great product at a great price.

My kids love this thing. It was really easy to install and had instructions on elevations. The recommendation is 10% slope, which means you measure the distance between the two trees and divide by 10 and that should be the elevation difference between your two points. (56'/10=5.6'). I do wonder how the "average Joe" will work out the elevation difference - i work in construction so have tools. But if you don't, you might consider buying an inexpensive angle finder and sighting down it like a rifle and eyeballing it. Setting it up took about 1 hour and the kids were zipping. I tested it myself first - i'm 275# - and it held me fine. My only concern is rust in the rainy season. I'm not convinced all the components are suitable for long term outdoor use, but we will see. At this price, i'm not too worried as i can just buy another one in a few years if it is an issue. Great product. Great value.
