These were installed on a 2018 Tahoe. They were tricky to install, but worked well. Definitely takes two people and a ladder to avoid scratching the roof. Traveled 1600 miles with 3 sets of golf clubs and luggage inside a cargo bag. Note that the roof rails on the Tahoe are solid and attached to the roof along the entire length of the roof. This does not allow you to attach straps to them. It was a bit tricky securing the cargo bag using only the purchased rails and the underside of the Tahoe.

Buyer beware! These are dangerous. I installed them on a car with side rails according to their directions. I checked to make sure they were tight before leaving on a trip. About an hour in, the front one came off the rails damaging the roof of my car. If it had been the rear it would’ve caused an accident. I contacted Vevor support as suggested by Amazon before returning. They said they were concerned this happened and was escalating my issue. They said a higher team would be in touch within 48-72 hours. It’s been over a week, and complete silence.

I admit my expectations were quite low for the price, but these are actually quite good. Certainly nothing fancy like you'd get with Thule or Yakima, and though I haven't used those brands, I'm betting the installation was not nearly as easy. I put these on before taking a 2.5 hour trip on the highway with a Yakima rocketbox on it, figured that would be a good test. I dare say they are quieter than the factory crossbars on my 2016 rav4, which seems strange, maybe it was the air gap it created between the cargo box and the roof. End of the trip everything was still nice and tight, exactly where I put it. Installation is kind of a pain, having to screw that stupid Allen screw in and out for the clamping is difficult unless the bar end is far enough out from the clamp to clear the end of the wrench. In hindsight, I should have used a drill. The other difficulty, is the Allen bolts with the rail slides on the bottoms have no explanation in the instructions, they are not mentioned or pictured anywhere. I figured they must be stops to prevent the bars from slipping side to side, so I tightened them on the inside side of the clamps, right up against them. They've been on for a couple weeks now, still rock solid. Now I should be able to fit my kayak next to my cargo box.

I've got 20+ years canoe and kayak racing. Out of a dozen or more different types I've used these were the easiest set of racks I've installed. They fit perfect and secure. Highly recommend, at least the raised roof set. At highway speeds there is no wind noise, another concern and problem I've encountered. The price was also unbelievable for the quality.

This is fit perfectly the top of my my car. Every part is well there and mount perfectly. But I think that the design of the tranversal bar should have been done in a way to prevent high-pitched whistle while the car is running. in fact, there is a whistle while the car is running. It is a bit annoying.
