I love this Outsunny 3 Piece Rocking Bistro Set. It's affordable, attractive, comfortable, sturdy, and easy to assemble. The seat cushion covers are removable. There are no tie straps on the cushions, but even if there were, they would not be necessary. I put these together by myself with a screwdriver (luckily, I have a bit that worked). All parts were included. The instructions were simple to follow. I spent about 90 minutes total from the time I opened the box to having everything completely assembled. I recommend placing the parts on one of the wrapped seat cushions when assembling to keep from scratching the pieces. The box arrived in pretty bad shape, but no damage was found. I'm using this set on my apartment patio. The evening I assembled this set I received compliments. This set is on Amazon's best-selling list of outdoor furniture, and for good reason. I couldn't be happier.

loved the price point. Good quality, Thick cushions, after everything was assembled The table had a dent in the center on the top, requested a new table or top would’ve settled for either. The seller wanted me to disassemble the entire set & once I started the return they would send a new set. NO THANK YOU! Will not purchase another thing from them.

I ordered this to put on my front porch. However, I think I might order another set and use them as a conversation group in my patio. There was an issue with my order when I received it. One side of the chair the holes were drilled about 1 inch off and I couldn't complete the assembly. I sent an email to the company, they responded within 2 days and I requested just that 1 part and did not want to ship the whole set back. Since they do not have individual parts, they shipped me a whole new set within 3 days, I pulled out that one piece I needed and replaced it with the defective part. I had a return label sent to me and I sealed the box and dropped it at FedEx. This all happened in less than a week. Very please with the product and the customer service. NO QUESTIONS ASKED. I sent a picture showing the offset and they said no problem.

These chairs were very difficult to assemble mainly because the screws are so short and the threaded Inserts are not level on all the holes. If they would just make the screws a little longer, it would make a huge difference. Other than that, they are great and the wife loves them.
