I was looking for a high amperage automotive battery charger, so thought I’d give the Vevor a try. At $64 this is the cheapest by a good margin considering its 35 amp charging capability (not verified) and multitude of features including desulfation and force mode. I put this thing on a 105ah AGM battery that was down to 2.6V in charge mode and it wasn’t pushing any current for a while. I then put it in force mode to get the voltage up after which I switched back to charge mode and in approx 12 hours the battery was fully charged. I tested it and it tested good. The charge rate peaked at around 22 amps, but I assume that has a lot to do with the battery as well. The charger can deliver only as much current as the battery is capable of pulling. Overall, I am happy with this charger although I cannot yet speak for its durability and longevity.

UPDATE! Apr 12/2024 The clamp tip warmed up at 19AMP and melted and I am not sure if it's mine only or all of them have had this issue. The charger never goes over 25 but it says 35 and I have tried with many different batteries but it best at 28 but doesn't stay there long. Really I would say it's a 25 at best. I bought this and I've used it for a while and there's a few issues. The unit itself overall is nice unit and seem to work well although every time you have to hit start and stop which some people prefer but the biggest issue is the grips that they're absolutely useless and very cheap as they are already bent or the metal grips are inside the plastic housing and it won't grip anything properly and the unit doesn't start till it is properly connected. It does charge faster I haven't gotten it to do 35 amp even though I've set it on that a few times but it does charge up to 30 amp no problem and the lithium setting is a little bit confusing as the lipo setting. Overall the decent product for the price but they definitely need to do something with the grips because they're very very cheaply made

this unit was extremly helpful to me it was simple to use and made my work life easier as I had about 100 batteries to charge and test before recycling I was able to charge 4 at a time and that was a big help and time saver versus droping off one at a time to all the autoparts stores in town

I found this Smart Battery Charger to be extremely disappointing. It failed to charge batteries effectively. The fully-automatic feature seemed unreliable, and it did not maintain the charge as promised. Save your money and look for a more reliable charger elsewhere.

THE GOOD: Price and availability The unit can charge lead acid batteries up to 35 Amps (I don't have this type of battery) Lithium batteries up to 20 Amps (I got constant 25 Amps charge in an 40 to 75% 100ah depleted batteries) I only use it ones to charge one by one a set of 4 LIFEPO4 lithium batteries soo far. The unit did not got hot wile charging, it has a pleasant weight and feel to it (not plasticky or flimsy). It looks like it remembers the previous settings after disconnecting and reconnecting the unit power One power cable, 1 XT90 alligator cable for battery post and 1 XT90 to connect to battery lugs Yes, I will buy again if it proves to be reliable. THE BAD: If you are outdoors even if is overcast, you will find it difficult to read the display (it may have a brightness adjustment, but it was hard to see in my circumstances) Cant attest for reliability yet.

Connected four batteries at once and tested after the charge, very hot charge. I have multiple toys and have been loosing batteries due to low charge from old chargers but this one worked great on the first round. Very hot charge.
