I tested it on a 100amp lifepo4 battery. On a 50% charged battery, with setting on 35amp, the maximum amperage was 29 amps. On a fully discharged battery (below 3%), on the Auto charge setting, I saw 32amps in, for a period of time. The instructions are poor, ok, but it is quite simple to select the battery type, then the voltage, and then the charge rate, and press start. Do not press Start until all the other settings are set, and clips are connected. The fan is not loud, but is noticeable. The charging wires warm up but not warmer than my smartphone during a fast charge. I will update later if I find something else, or If missed important feedback info.

So far so go, will update again later. After reading low ranking reviews, came to determine anyone charging lipo. Batteries had theor charger catch fire or burn out. While I cannot confirm or deny that this what I will say. There is a specific setting required to be set befor connecting a battery to any given connector. I am currently trickel charging 4 12v car batteries to save myself from having to buy new batteries for my plow trucks every winter. Setting the charger and connecting the batteries, was clear that it instantly recognized the current voltage amd over all general health of all batteries. Took several days for some of the batteries to fully charge and reach their desired state. As this is the only function I plan to use them for, am update will come this winter.

Amazing charger by far the best I've ever owned. Expect 30 ampcharge rate the 35 is reaching a bit, you never see it. Fluctuates between 25-30 amps in actual use. Which is still awesome.

On March 18, 2024 I purchased this item. Before I bought it I downloaded the manual for the unit and read it to see if it would satisfy my needs and noticed on page 15 that the unit is backed by a "3 YEAR HASSLE-FREE WARRANTY". Based on what I found in the manual and their statement of warranty I purchased the unit. Initially the screen was a bit difficult to read as the coloring of letters and the status of things was in a darker bright blue against a black background but I could read it and all of the specs seemed good to me so I kept it. I set it up to charge the LifePo4 battery in my camper when attached to shore power and it worked quite well. Over time the blue became less bright and impossible to read in any light so I wrote the manufacturer’s customer service group and told them of the problem. They had me send them pictures showing the screen and then they said very nicely that the unit came with a1year warranty and since my unit is over a year old that there was nothing they could do to help me. I replied that the unit came with a 3 year warranty and sent them a pdf of their manual stating that. Here is a screen capture of that page from their manual: (I have tried twice to insert the jpg here but it never seems to make it in the published review. I give up.) They said that was a mistake and the unit was only warranted for 1 year. We went back and forth over this issue multiple times and they never budged on their position. From my point of view, if their manual had the error in it and I bought the unit with the understanding that it had a 3 year warranty, then they should stand behind it. They did say they were going to correct the text in the manual but even that has not been done as of today. I told the manufacturer that I had purchased several items from them and that I feel obligated to notify all Amazon customers reading customer reviews of this product so that future potential customers would not make the same mistake. This review is your warning if you are considering purchasing this product.

Worked great but now will not wake up and charge a lithium battery that is low. Not sure why, haven't figured out how low the battery can go before the charger won't charge it.

Best charger for the price and a damn good charger for any price. Force starts undercharged batteries and desulficates bad lead acid batteries to fix them. Charger ANY battery even 24v!!
