Fully assembled, shipped in a covered angle iron cage you may need help to get it out. Extremely good looking scooter, all the bells and whistles are on it. It’s got a lot of get up and go, four wheel brakes (separate front and rear), three speed plus one reverse with an audible back up alarm, parking brake lock on the rear wheels, parking lights, high and low beam headlight, a horn and even has turn signals. There’s a lockable trunk, a basket, storage space under the seat, a small space for a bottle etc and a hook to hang something on. The seat is comfortable with a backrest. This scooter is quite large and does not have a tight turning radius and is not suitable for use indoors. Don’t expect to be able to use it in Walmart or even your own home. The scooter comes with two keys and two fobs to turn on the security alarm. The accompanying manual does not give you much information, you just have to experiment with all the levers and switches. The key when inserted and turned to the right is supposed to release a lock on the seat which gives you access to the main breaker to power the scooter, the feature did not work on mine, I had to remove the hinge pins from the seat and cut the lock with a pair of bolt cutters. This scooter is amazing !! It's beautiful and runs around all over the place. It comes fully assembled and completely protected. The delivery takes awhile and I was less than thrilled with the so called customer service of the company Amazon uses to ship to Ohio. Thank God the local guy who picked it up from them was great. Delivered right to the door and made sure it was in mint condition. The price was good and included free shipped. You can't go wrong buying this scooter. I bought this mobility scooter twice. looks like a nice well built unit ( BUT!!) the first one came without the "included Battery" or any wires to hookup a battery. No help from the manufacture. Only that they will contact there tech teem and get back to me within 48 hrs. Returning the scooter. The truck was scheduled several times and never showed up till the third tine. Think that this was a fluke I ordered another one. Nope same thing all over again. No battery, no way to hook one up and difficult returning. But must say Amazon was good about it. Pros: Great scooter with easy turning radius, metal is heavy gauge, smooth ride, cost effective - we found it to be one of the lowest priced scooters on the market, Few moving parts to assemble (if your seat post goes on smooth - you are in the money - ours did NOT) Cons: HORRIBLE and unhelpful customer service - we asked a simple question and after several days they still could not solve our problem with the seat post - we fixed it ourselves with some elbow grease, ( Seat post would not seat flat on the bottom of the seat so we used a hammer to pound it into place) Not a fan of orange but what are you gonna do? It is packed well but call for bulk pick up for the box and Styrofoam (which is copious), it is heavy to lift so if you have any issues with lifting heavy objects then it will be hard to put in the car. I would say all in all it is working great for what we need - as long as you have no problems. ... show more

I was initially going to return this because it said that it was lightweight and when the package arrived it said that it was over 60 lb. However we decided to take it out and try it and it is about as light as a large Walker with a seat when taken apart. If you grab the two back wheels and push around the front to put it in your car you are lifting no more than about 3 lb. So you want to take the seat off put it in first. Fold the handlebars down. Then grab it by the back wheels and lift up and it will wheel around very easily to get it over to your trunk. Then simply lift the front tire in first and wheel it in. Taken apart the seat probably weighs about 10 to 12 lb. And the frame and handlebar probably weighs around 25 with the battery on it. The battery itself probably weighs about 2 to 3 lb. This is very nice and lightweight I'm glad we did not return it before we opened it and gave it a try. Five stars we have a very small car and as you can see it fits nicely in the trunk and takes up about the same space as a seated Walker. We did buy an upgraded quick release basket as the one that it came with was a little bit flimsy if you put anything large in it. Got for a gift and I believe the speed is incorrect and the description because we got up to 5 km per hour at 160 lb person. So that would be closer to 8 to 10 miles an hour not 4 mph like the description says. I'm guessing that maybe it was supposed to say 4 km/h? Anyways this will make a great gift for our grandmother ... show more

Scooter is actually nicer than expected. Good power, decent range, fit and finish is very good. Now for the not so good. Front end was way out of alignment because of a loose tie rod. The instructions are absolutely terrible. I was able to repair it with help. After a week of use I'm very happy with this scooter. I do have a couple complaints though. No parking brake Seat doesn't swivel Needs a basket or something on the front ... show more

Goes fast on one charge I'm a big girl and this thing runs me around with no issue. The big butt seat is very comfy and it's very good quality so glad to have bought it. The shipping sucks!!!
