DO NOT BUY THIS SCOOTER!!! Why you ask. They installed an automatic braking system. The idea behind this feature is you can allow the machine to brake automatically by slowing down with the use of the speed controller. HOWEVER, what happens is the braking system brakes RIGHT THEN! No control of gliding to a stop. It abruptly breaks. Then you are short of your target. So you rotate the speed controller to go forward but instead of going with a slow lunge forward it goes FULL THROTTLE! Putting you in danger very fast. If the scooter didn’t have that breaking system it would be a good machine. Buy this at your own risk. If you do remember my warning. I advised Vevor with no dialogue back to me

When this vehicle was delivered, it was boxed and attached to a steel tube framework. It was bolted together and was simple to uncrate from the frame. The battery charger and back luggage box was with it. It looked beautiful sitting on garage floor, shinny, looks very nice. Even the back luggage box is beautiful. Pros. The seat is very comfortable, slide back and forward to fit you. The back and both arm rests adjust for comfort. All the controls are very well located, such as the lights, turn signal switch, horn switch, dimmer switch, and the 3 setting speed switch, plenty of room for your feet, and a fairly large storage box under the seat that is lockable, large instrument panel for reading how fast you're going, battery life and so on. Cons: This unit does not turn very sharply, so you have to watch where you turn so you have enough space. Battery is made up in individual cells, not one big battery. When unpacking the unit, all the lite and instrument panel fixtures were covered in plastic wrap to protect them The problem is that the wrap was installed around the fixtures and then mounted to the cart which makes it hard to remove, and you can't remove any of plastic from around the edges of the fixtures and it looks terrible. Instrument panel reads in kilometers only, not miles per hour, and have found no way to change it. Going down a hill is a no no for me because there isn't an engine slow down and you are freewheeling down a hill, and when you put on the brakes, they will lock up because they are electric. The pricing was very nice also because it wasn't that expensive and shipping cost were reasonable also.

After about two months the operation of the scooter the became very sporadic. Following a long drawn out on-line troubleshooting process with the Vevor support people the problem was determined to be a defective throttle plug socket. The problem was resolved by securing the two ends together with a tie wrap.

I have to say wow!! My scooter arrived in good shape. the carton was torn up but there was no damage to the scooter. As for the scooter its self it was a work of art!! seems to work as it should. took an hour to get it out of the metal cage it was shipped in, there were tools to do that. once I found them.. Needed a little better instruction book but we figured it out.
