It arrived with broken pieces, and there was 10% off for keeping it since it still ran and drove. However, I drove it 20 miles or less, and now the battery will no longer charge. Don't waste your time or money on this garbage. I have been trying to return it to Amazon for 2 days and keep getting the run around and being transferred to 4-5 people who can't help me. Ridiculous! Now Amazon is claiming that they lost my shipment and is withholding my refund

The scooter arrived very well packed: Steel frame topped with cardboard, bubble wrap all over the machine and lots of tie downs to make it secure. I was impressed. It takes some time to get the scooter unpacked. The Sam Owens video is very helpful, however, we had issues with ours. Some of the holes did not line up with the bolts. Also, the scooter would not move when we turned it on. I tried to call Vevo customer service and found out they have no phone. The phone number was supplied to me by Amazon. You can only contact them by chat. Good luck with that. As soon as you say you purchased the machine through Amazon, they can not help you. They say they can't access Amazon files and they will email your questions back to you. I am still waiting. Well, we found out the front right brake was sticking or locked and that prevented it from moving. When we applied the front brake, a small spring popped off, so now that brake does not work like it should. I just sent an email to their customer service asking how to fix that. For paying this much money for this scooter, there should have been someone who knows about this machine and could have helped us. I am pretty upset about this. And, we did not get a copy of the warranty. Something else I am supposed to get in an email. Since this scooter was ordered for my husband who has Parkinson's, I am not sure what the verdict is yet on how he likes it since he only took 1 ride today. Nice looking scooter, but not sure if I would ever buy something like this again without doing some background checking on the manufacturer first.

They will not allow me to leave a 1 star review! CAUTION...Safety concerns. Tire shreds after 25 miles while going down the road! This product is unsafe and there is no way to reach the company in regards to my concerns. I tried customer service online and they do NOT respond! I called AMAZON and they do NOT have a phone number to reach the company and are not able to assist me with this issue. Had my scooter less than a year!!! Do not recommend.

I purchased a scooter and it came wrapped and all it took a while just to get the scooter out of the metal. Seven days I rode the scooter twice. The tires were rotten, and the tread came off of the tires. I was stuck away from my home and had to pay it to to come get it, the only thing Amazon offer for me was my money back even if you get somebody to put this scooter together with power tools is still rattles and makes noise. I don’t recommend nobody waste their money on this.
