This is copied from the Site (Shipper / Seller/Amazon.com Returns 30-day refund / replacement.) First It was supposed to arrive Jan. 6-12, 2026. it arrived on the 6th, but the site never showed it delivered. I opened the crate, and sit down on it, it was to small for me (I am 6'1" 270 lbs). It advertised comfortable for a 500 lb person, my feet would not fit on the floor board. I tried for 2 wks. to return it, got nothing but run arounds for Amazon and Vevor. Finally Vevor sent a return label, but no one to pick it up. Amazon, said, it was a 3rd party, even though it said, on the site, Shipper and Seller Amazon. I tried to get UPS to pick it up...They would not. I offer to bring it to Vevor's warehouse in Austell, GA. They said, customers were not allowed to return things. I have finally given up. And Stuck with $2200.00 Scooter that I cannot use. I'm 79 yrs. old and have done business with Amazon for years. The Scooter looks nice, except for a piece of chrome was broken off the front basket in shipping. If you are small size person, you might be able to use it. The seat was advertised as adjustable, but it is not. I will never buy anything again from Vevor or anything big off Amazon. ... show more
