I bought this mattress hoping to improve my sleep, but it has been a total disappointment. At first it seems comfortable, but as the days go by, you realize that it doesn't offer the support it promises and feels much lower quality than what you see in the photos. Exactly after the first month, the mattress completely lost its shape; now it sags horribly in the middle and I wake up with a lot of back pain. Since the 30-day trial period has already passed, the brand no longer offers any solution or exchange, so you are left with a useless product. For a 12-inch mattress, it doesn't have the necessary firmness and the edges are very weak, so you feel like you're going to fall off if you get close to the side. I don't recommend it at all; it has been a waste of money and now I have to look for another one that actually works. ... show more

Our mattress was getting on in years, and my husband and I didn't want to buy a new one because of a recent surgery and it's associated costs. We decided to 'settle' for a 'cheap mattress' to tide us over for a little while so we could save up for one of the 'better' and more expensive ones.... Wow, were we completely wrong! There's no need at all to spend close to if not more than $1k on a mattress. This one is like sleeping on a firm cloud. The top layer of foam is softer and cushions you just right, and the base foam is much firmer and gives the support your body needs to stay comfortable. When you combine the two, you get a mattress that is amazingly comfortable that you won't want to get out of. Granted, the box was about 80-85lbs, but my husband was able to get it upstairs by himself, though he admitted it would have been easier with a helping hand. Unboxing wasn't too difficult, as we have the space, so we rolled it out and carefully slit the plastic that vacuum seals it down to a few inches thick and let it expand for a little over 24 hours. The instructions state that you should wait 3 days, but no one has the time or space to let a mattress lay on the floor that long. It wasn't needed. Once you stop seeing wrinkles in the cover, you're good to go. We tossed the old one, and put on fresh sheets and were treated to our best nights sleep in quite a while. Our old mattress was a tulo queen size and we paid 3x as much for it years ago. There is no comparison, this new mattress beats it hands down. I recommend turning it every couple of weeks, as it keeps your mattress nice and firm, though I don't know about flipping it... that would put that super soft top layer on the bottom and would kind of defeat the point of even having it. It's been a couple of weeks now, and we have slept super well every night. As the title states, don't hesitate and buy it. You can't beat this kind of comfort for such a low price. I purchased this mattress on a recommendation of a friend. It’s been about a week and it still has not decompressed. I’d send it back but I can’t haul this thing to a UPS store on my own. I’d be fine with a replacement as this just may be a fluke but not sure what to do with the one I have. I tried going through Amazon for defective merchandise but they want you to send the merchandise back. While that is reasonable, I can’t haul this thing on my own which is why I had it delivered in the first place. Any input would be appreciated. Update: I called Amazon and they will send someone to pick it up. They offered a refund or replacement. I chose replacement hoping that this is just a fluke. Update 2: I got the replacement mattress and it decompressed almost immediately. Looking good so far. I’ll let you know more in a couple days when it fully decompresses. Update 3: replacement mattress is great. Never had a foam mattress so it took a bit to get use to but overall very satisfied. ... show more

We had purchased this mattress in a 10” model for our RV to replace the “2” foam camper pad” that has been the best choice for a great nights rest when camping. Since this has been a great choice we were thinking about our home mattress. I purchased the 12” model of this mattress to replace a three year old, $2,500 Beauty Rest Black mattress that failed around the 2 1/2 year mark. Warranty on mattresses means squat! I digress. We replaced said mattress with this one and it’s been the best use of money hands down! I’m a 240 pound person with the heaviest of my weight around the torso, I have an amazing amount of support with no sagging at this point, but then, the mattress is new and durability will be better known after the break-in period. But so far, so good. We fall asleep faster, less tossing and turning to do discomfort, back no longer aches upon waking. If you are looking for a comfortable feel with a firm support mattress we would HIGHLY recommend this one for you. As for inflation time, we took it from the packaging unrolled it make note the tag it attached to the TOP, FOOT end of the mattress. *the gel pad is positioned on the top of the mattress. The mattress inflated fully about the 24 hour mark, we did not experience any off odors, mattress was expertly packaged, and was delivered without damage and in a timely manner by UPS ... show more
