I have purchased many Vevor products with moderate to excellent results. I bought this saw based on reviews I have read and on my positive experiences with Vevor tools. The saw provided what I expected in terms of lower general design features compare to my Stihl saws, but I was buying a $100 saw and not a $500 saw, so my expectations were met. I wanted a saw that just worked as a secondary saw for cutting branches and helping me cut my primary saw free when it is pinched. I assembled the saw and it fired right up. I cut for an hour or so, and set the saw in the back of my truck. The saw ran fairly well with a bit of vibration, but the engine ran OK. When I went to get it again, it would not restart and all the bar oil had drained out in the back of my truck. I spent over an hour getting it started again and I filled it back up with bar oil. I cut for another hour and set the saw on a stump and observed all the bar oil leak out again. My expections were not excessively high for this saw, but the dumping of the bar oil is obviously not right and the hard-starting was annoying. I reached out to their service group (since you cannot return the saw due to the oil and gas) and their solution was that I drain the unused bar oil each time I am done. I am sure the saw is not designed to have the bar oil pour out like it is. This solution is rediculous to anyone that has used a real chainsaw before. No one drains the bar oil at the end of the daily usage. They said all the right words about how interested they are in resolving the issues, but it was all lip-service. For a $100 saw you would think a quick replacement would be in order, but they offered no real solution. I think Vevor has many good products to purchase, but I believe its worth steering clear of this saw since the support you will get is videos and emails, not repairs or replacements.

This thing is awesome. I ran it right next to my buddy who had a Stihl. Mine ran better and cut better. Well, mine's new and his is old and my blade was sharp out of the box. Either way - great experience. Keep going Vevor.

Happily surprised! I was hesitant with the relatively unknown name brand (@ least here in the US) and low price point. Plenty of power, started right up and haven't had any issues starting since. It's not overly heavy and balanced well. Only have had it for a day or two so I can't speak for the durability yet, but seems like a good quality and should prove to be durable. The only downfall I will note is the chain itself. Fits well and works well but dulls VERY quickly. Had to put on new chain after first 2 hours of use (and no, I was only cutting trees ... not concrete, dirt, metal or any other chain destroying elements) The chain doesn't match the quality of the saw. Have a spare handy.

Still new, but runs good even without muffler mod. Comes with standard safety chain. Leaks bar oil out of the cap if you don't tighten enough - but better about sealing than other China saws, nice rubber washer and flat surface under the cap. Not as light as the little Echo, but way cheaper. I'd definitely buy it again, as it is an excellent value. I'm kind of a chainsaw guy, and have a lot of saws, and had no trouble with this little guy. Time will tell, but I think it will work out just great. Not sure what I'm going to use it for, as it is so small, and I'm not a climber. Maybe a little camp saw.

I read a LOT of reviews saying it didn’t work. I ALMOST gave up hope and agreed with them… However - If you are like myself and many, many others - **Adjust the spark plug**. Once I pushed ours down just slightly, the chainsaw started right up and my boyfriend was cutting down all kinds of things haha! Super easy to use. Cuts great. Simple and user friendly design and super light weight. Great for part time use small jobs!

BE AWARE - WOULD NOT START. I took a month to before putting the chainsaw together. Instructions are weak, but its not that difficult. I can not get it to start at all. I have watched all the videos and tried to get it to start and no luck. I am 3 days outside of the return date, so I am going to have to eat the cost. Waste of money.

Honestly this is not as good as all the influencers make it out to be. Its cheap plastic crap and it comes with a sub par chain and a very sub par spark plug. It leaks bar oil real bad, too. Im not at all impressed with it but for a $120 chainsaw I guess what do you expect. It does cut wood so I guess if youre on a budget and need some logs cut up, this is about all its good for.
