I think that as an added friendly customer suggestion, you all should really truly consider building all electric scooters to where the speed, the travel distance, the longevity of the battery life, etc. and just the overall electric scooters’ performance is no longer considered and rated by us customers as being poor.

Front wheel drive and brakes on this scooter are adequate for flat terrain if you are light weight your self. Climbing hills are a challenge to say the least. I'm about 170 lbs and I found the seat to be a little flimsy and uncomfortable. With that said I was able to travel at least 6 miles on flat terrain. I didn't push the limit of it's stated 12 Mile range. I would purchase a second battery, if I could find one. Overall I like my orange tricycle it has keys for operation and the battery locks in place. Assembly was fast and easy, no tools required. I added some accessories for storage and lighting, seat belts.

For the price, the scooter is OK. I use it to get around my apartment building. For my use case, it works. I would give it a higher rating, but Vevor does not sell replacement battery packs for this item and I have not been able to find one through third party sellers. So when your battery dies, apparently you are SOL.
