We ordered this for wheelchair accessibility. The ramp arrived with some damage, so I contacted Ruedamann customer support. They were AMAZING, setting up a pickup for the ramp and sending a great replacement. The ramp itself is very sturdy and does a great job!

I transport my dad frequently on a wheelchair and need to navigate from the house, to porch, and then to driveway. This is one of the best items I bought to help with his needs. The ramp is sturday. It is easy to store, because of the suitcase fold and handle. The suitcase fold makes it easy to place on stairs or porch. You simple place the folded ramp down first and then unfold to easily get the full ramp width.
