This is a compact mobility scooter that makes getting around easy. You don't need a special lift to load your scooter. This scooter comes apart into four different sections. The heaviest section is 29 pounds. The seat swivels allowing you to easily get on or off in either direction. The tiller is adjustable up or down for your comfort. The seat height has four different adjustment levels. The armrests move up and out of the way when you are getting on or off. There are LED headlamps and a horn. It comes with a basket and there is even a small pouch on the back of the seat where you can store the battery charger. The instructions were very easy to use. They guide you through each step. Setup - out of the box and testing took about 10 minutes. Instructions have colorful detailed pictures that guide you through each step, and included a link that takes you through the complete setup process. DOWNSIDE: the seat is not as comfortable as other scooters. They could have used a little more padding in the seat and back areas. The base could have been slightly longer for more comfort. The armrests are not adjustable for height. OVERALL: If you are looking for a scooter to do shopping, sightseeing, or other part time activities this is an excellent choice.

Great Seller. Fast Shipping. I bought this scooter for my mom because she has problems walking. Their anniversary is this weekend and she was complaining about having to walk at their event. So we were considering renting a wheelchair or something and I was looking at the price of some of the mobility scooters to rent and I thought the rental prices were somewhat ridiculous. For that and a little more money I could purchase one. After all this is my mom and she's worth every penny. But knowing her she wouldn't want me to bust my budget so I looked at one on another website and started to buy it because they said if would be there by the fifth. After I bought it, now its says it wouldn't be there until Monday, which was too late. I cancelled it and found this company on Amazon and I was happy to see they were based in Florida since I live in Jacksonville and its stated they deliver Florida faster.I contacted them on Sunday not expecting a response until Monday/Tuesday and a nice person responded that they wanted to help me. They said if I ordered today which was Sunday it would go out in 1-2 days. They must of sent it out immediately the next day, because it arrived today and I very happy I received it in more than enough time for my parents anniversary. Now for the product itself. I haven't yet tried it out. I was able to put it together without too much trouble using videos and the instructions. It was a little frustrating put the seat together because I couldn't get the pole to lock like stated in the guide and the video. I finally had to put it together following another video. They probably need to look into syncing their videos and their instruction guide. I know I saw at least two different videos and the people were putting it together the way they wanted which was different than what was in the instruction guide. I probably took me a hour to put it together. I have it charging now and I am anxious to see how well it works.

Wow I am so impressed with this scooter, the size is perfect, the seat is comfortable, completely stable when turning, rides so smoothly .. Can't say enough wonderful things about this scooter. The company shipped it the same day I ordered it, I ordered it on a Friday afternoon and received it on Tuesday .. so happy for the quick shipping. It was easy and quick to assemble it, took less than 15 minutes. And mine came fully charged, so I was able to use it right away. I researched all scooter brands for a long time before choosing this one, now that I have it I am 100% sure I chose the right scooter, it is even better than I had hoped it would be. I love it. One month update: 10 days after getting the scooter I took it in a 7 day cruise, it was so great to have on a cruise ship where the average cabin door width is 23" and this is only 19" wide, it went in and out of the cabin easily. And it's small size made it simple getting in and out of the elevators. So happy with this scooter!

Pros: Light weight when taken apart so it is easy to lift in and out of the vehicle. Battery last a long time in theme parks all day. Bright lights but the basket blocks them from illuminating the path directly in front of you. Easy to maneuver as it turns sharper with the three wheels instead of four. Cons: Seat height is adjustable but as the whole scooter is lower to the ground than some others you sit lower. Seat needs another cushion if using it all day. The small red buttons on the tiller have a tendency to pop off easy when folding the tiller. All in all we would purchase again.

This scooter warranty is a scam!! It says five year warranty. We tried to get help within a year and we were told the warranty for everything except the frame was expired within three to six months. How is that possible when it states that it has a five year warranty?? We bought this with confidence and have had issues with it working since day one and have barely used it or I mean tried to use it. We have been stuck in the middle of a park with it just stopping and beeping. Had so many issues trying to get the battery to connect properly. Customer service keeps telling us different things are wrong with it and we need to spend hundreds for new parts. Oh best part they have no higher up management or supervisor to speak to so we are just out of luck and need a new scooter. We refuse to pay three hundred for a part not knowing which part is the problem since we have been told multiple parts were the problem at the same time with the same issue!! Please donβt spend your money and waste your time with this. We wish we picked a better scooter company this one is the worst.
