This scooter is life changing. It is so lite weight. My 63 yr young wife can get it in and out of our outback with ease. It’s powerful. The incline rating is under rated. I am 220 lbs and it goes up a 300 foot long 10 % grade with ease. I have used it two days in a row at the zoo for hours each time.. it still had a half battery left after two days.     • DANGEROUS & SELLER REFUSING TO ACCEPT RETURN!! BEWARE
This is a very poorly mage bike- essentially for a kid- the metals are very thin and the bolts are similar to a child’s toy- Perhaps a good emergency bike but definitely not for regular use- Should it break, and it will, it has a potential for very serious injury- I am ok with all of that and would not have put in a review but the seller is refusing to respond to my requests of return- I got it two weeks ago. Update: Response from Seller- They are refusing to pay for the shipping to send it back. Update 6/20/22- Seller refusing to take the item back despite the return policy indicated. ... show more

folds and collapse extremely easily, AAA+ Extremely easy to tip over for someone of my height and weight, I'm a pro scooter rider, own 2 other brands right now and none of them comes even close to the instability of this one. FFF-

    • Problem with no resolution or anyone take responsibility.
I have bought 2 within last 6 months for my adult daughter that was in accident in January and unable to walk can only stand to transfer. Bought first loved it and still would but it stopped reversing. Thought maybe we did something wrong and also the DIFFICULTY OF GETTING INFO AND ASSISTANCE WITH HELP FINGING OUT HOW TO GET REPAIRED. I ordered 2nd one due to ease and ability to handle in and out of vehicle. Had second one 1 month and did the same. She loves the ease and slim design as well as lightweight . Would be perfect if not for both quit reversing. Difficulty in finding anyone to take responsibility. I have paid a lot for these scooters and feel that someone should be responsible.
