For a 2000 PSI sprayer it does the job it was designed to do. I assembled the wand in the handle and can not pull it back out. I tried using pliers and turning it both directions while pulling back on the locking device, nothing, a little disappointed that I can not use the soap dispenser because of this problem.

The power plug had an issue after 9 months of use and the machine would no longer power up. I contacted customer service and had an online chat with the rep, who referred the issue to customer service. That rep contacted me immediately via email and then continued with daily updates. As it turned out, this unit was out of stock, so they sent me an upgraded model, the 2300 PSI, which has a 4 wheel base and a retractable handle. Those two features made this unit so easy to move around, which was huge, as I'm old with a bad back :) The original unit was a bit cumbersome to move around with only 2 wheels and the handle was only 2 feet off the ground. And the assembly literally took 5 minutes. Kudos to the customer service team for the daily follow ups! It did take a few weeks to receive the new one, as I believe they are based in China, so email exchanges were only once per day, but they treated me with courtesy and respect, and only wanted to resolve the issue and get me a replacement. Totally recommend this product, especially the 2300, and the Vevor company, as they absolutely back up their products! Very satisfied customer!! PS -it also does the job very well. Cleaned over 35 years of patina and grime off the huge rock in my flower garden in no time.

I have had a few 1750 psi washers and thought this 2000 would be better. Turns out it's only a max 2000. working pressure is 1350. And you can tell the difference.

Love this pressure washer. Bought it to clean my sidewalk and the siding on my house. It was pretty easy to put together and the power cord and sprayer hose are pretty long. Only thing I recommend is for people to buy a 75 foot or longer water hose to hook up to it. Just made it easier for me to carry around my gouse without having to switch outdoor water spickets.

Unfortunately I purchased the unit because of the 2000 PSI the as advertised. Unfortunately it is not true, it can reach only 1500PSI, according to the Manual which comes with the unit. If you use a 15 inch power washer it does not work, because the jets spin to slow due to low water pressure. I made a test with a 2000PSI pressure washer and my 15 inch pressure attachment works just fine. I will return the unit. Please be more accurate in your advertising and be more honest. Unhappy customer.I can not recommend this product until the technical data matching the MFG data. GK

Good machine for jobs like: windows ( single story homes), siding on homes, cleaning vehicles, washing the dog(DONT WASH THE DOG). Unit is light weight and easy to use assuming you can get it put together. Problem with it is that it claims to have 2000 psi but in reality it’s more like 800psi. You won’t be able to clean a driveway or peel paint off your car but works nevertheless.
