Why did you pick this product vs others?: Fantastic cotton candy machine. Have been using it for Scouting events and parties. Have run it pretty hard and it keeps chugging. Was a really big hit for Halloween when we had probably a couple of hundred trick-or-treaters last year. Was quick enough to keep up (barely) for the solid two hours they kept comming. Would reccomend.

The media could not be loaded. Great machine!! Well packaged and the instructions were easy to follow. I did a test run and it was just as u expected. No more $10 bags at the fair, we can make pie own whenever we like. I didn't buy a dome and I instantly regretted it. The flyaways get everywhere hence the purpose of the dome. Now I have one and I hope this lasts a long time (I hear they crack easily). Granulated sugar is the best to use and gives better texture. The pink color makes it even more cute. Buy it if you like to entertain.

I am exceptionally impressed with the ease of setup, use, and cleaning of this machine. It makes amazing cotton candy very very fast and it is super easy to clean when done. The only warning I have is that it almost instantly starts producing cotton candy after pouring the sugar in... so pour the sugar in quickly, and have the cotton candy handle/stick ready to go in the other hand. My daughter was a little slow to pour the sugar in at first and it started building cotton candy onto the sugar scoop while she was still pouring in the sugar. You literally need to instantly dump the sugar and pull the scoop back immediately. This machine exceeded our expectations and is worth what we paid for it.

So bummed. Cotton candy machine works but the craftsmanship isn’t great. The bolt holding the wheel on doesn’t sit straight and causes the wheel to rub. But what’s worse is the customer service. I’ve been dealing with vevor for over 2 weeks now and still no help!
