Shipped quicker than I thought and arrived before delivery date! Bike is as pictured and described. Easy to complete installation. Rides smooth,comfortable and is fast. Folds up neatly. Not sure about the claimed distance but regardless it’s well worth the 600-700 as opposed to paying 1500! Normally you get what you pay for but this bike is very well constructed. I don’t usually update reviews, but in this case, I had to. The customer service from CBVelo is absolutely amazing. From the start, they made it clear they were going to work with me until my issue was resolved. Even though I wasn’t able to fix the derailleur using the video they sent, I took the bike to a local shop, and they were able to make a few adjustments that completely solved the problem. CBVelo reimbursed me for the cost without hesitation. They typically responded to my emails within minutes — truly rare service, especially when compared to larger brands. I’ve purchased other e-bikes before, including one from Rad Power Bikes here in the U.S., and I have to say, CBVelo’s customer support blows them away. As for the bike itself: I love it. It’s incredibly sturdy, rides great, and the battery is much easier to remove than other bikes I’ve owned with a similar frame. This is hands down the best e-bike I’ve purchased — and the stellar customer service just seals the deal. ... show more

This bike brings me joy every time I ride it. It arrived in great condition, a week earlier than expected. Opened the box and it was mostly assembled. Got the manual out and it was easy to follow. All tools were included and it came with a bike multi tool for future use. The bike is solid and easy to ride. My only beef is i wish the brakes were hydraulic. Stopping power isn't great, especially when you get this thing going at full speed. It rips. I was really surprised with how fast it can go. Fits in my limited garage space great. This bike by far is the greatest bike I’ve ever owned it rides smooth and pulls great the functionality of the peddle assist is amazing I pull a cart with it for hunting and it’s strong enough to handle it now it does drain the battery fast with heavy loads but 10 miles is great in my eyes with this bike you’re getting a great deal on price ... show more

Folding hinge came apart first ride. Could have been disastrous. after assembling the bike it was taken for a test ride and the hinge came apart resulting in a minor crash. Could have been much worse but now bike is damaged and required modification to function

I don’t think you can get any better bike for this price. Took about 30 minutes to assemble. The quality is 9 out of 10 , battery lasted for about 65 miles and my max speed was 45 miles. Highly recommended
