Bought the grill for an event. Grill worked for 3 hours and the motor died. So began this process. Called them and they said oh sorry etc etc and stated they would send a replacement. Sent email to ask for delivery address. Sent. They asked again for address. Sent again. No response. I emailed them for status and now they are stating that grill is out of stock and won't be in warehouse for another 20 days or so. Sorry but they didn't realize that at the moment. No excuse. Now this is the end of July beginning of August. We have a wedding we are catering for on 9/1 hence the urgency. The Amazon return/refund of course has passed. I haven't called them yet. Vevor response is call Amazon or select one from website. Not the vevor website of course but only Amazon. The only product they have on Amazon has a 3.4 rating and $100 less than we paid for the other one. So options are choose a worse rated and cheaper one than we previously had because vevor won't allow us to choose one from their website at the same price or call Amazon and see what happens. Of course tried to call vevor and they are closed for lunch.🤦♀️ So still trying to see what gets done bc we don't want to be out of the monies we already paid and need a grill for 9/1. In short don't buy vevor products. Will provide an update if I get a resolution. Still no response from vevor in regard to the only choice they have on Amazon. ... show more

The grill is really well made. I have used it three times so far and have no issues with functionality. I initially bought this just to grill meats on big skewers but it also came with a roasting spit and motor. I'm new to roasting so I have only tested on chickens and they came out juicy, tender, and tasty! I can't wait to try out other meats! Friends and family members were impressed! During shipment, one of the threaded barrel nuts came loose (used for the wheels). The grill still functioned but it was not 100% level. I contacted customer service and they shipped out a replacement leg. They were very responsive and quick to act. Overall really happy that I bought this and from this seller! 10 out of 10! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. No lo recomiendo, es de mala calidad. Supuestamente es de acero pero agarro óxido con tan solo usarlo 1 vez. Los tornillos que dan soporte donde va sostenido lo que vas a cocinar, el tamaño no es el adecuado para el peso que indican que tiene la capacidad. El motor se arruinó inmediatamente a la hora de haberlo puesto. Mi esposo ya sabía usar este rostizador pues un amigo lo tiene y lo ensamblaron juntos y por eso nos decidimos por esta marca pero el nuestro nos salio malo. No me devolvieron el dinero, dinero botado. I don't recommend it, it's poor quality. It's supposedly made of steel but I get rust after just using it once. The screws that provide support where what you are going to cook is held, the size is not adequate for the weight that they indicate that it has the capacity. The engine was immediately ruined within an hour of putting it in. My husband already knew how to use this rotisserie because a friend has it and they assembled it together and that's why we decided on this brand but ours turned out bad.
