Started the machine up and the noise was extremely loud and an uncontrollable knocking and vibration. Returned the product and reordered a new one (keep in mind I had around $1000 tied until the return). Received new unit and started the unit up with an error code. Upon opening the unit up to take the protective sticker coating off notice the condenser was not securely attached (most likely the reason why the first unit vibrated and was extremely loud) and then noticed the computer chip that controls the left mixer and issued a warning was broken and hanging freely! Also the drainage tubes were not hooked up and hung freely within machine. Now experienced cooling issues with the machine! No response from manufacturer not any response with my complaints. I can’t make anyone make their own choices but if you are going to spend money with this manufacturer best of luck and just remember I told you so! Horrible overall experience and horrible product!!!

I bought the 2 6 litter red version for $900. This is a commercial grade item, meaning it’s meant for small to big businesses. Personally I bought this for the parties I put on at the house. It came in a crate. I was comforted to know it was packaged safely. It arrived to the house safely and arrived a day early. That was exciting. Have yet to test it and use it. But to test it out I wanted to try making frozen margaritas and pina coladas with this unit. It says it can also make ice cream. So excited to try out that feature too.

I was hoping to use in a new shop I am opening, but it sits empty on the table. When I have time I will have to call for support. The directions for use are maybe missing - or just leave you in the dark. I will have to make that call when I have time as it was an expensive item that I have not been able to put to use yet....

The machine is “commercial grade” but CE certification is not widely accepted in the US. Controls are Celsius only. The instruction manual that came with it were for a different machine, Vevor support sent me the correct version. Came very well packed in a shipping crate. So far the unit performs wonderfully. We have it in a small food trailer, and got it certified to use commercially. Great entry level machine. Getting the mix just right takes some trial and error. 4.1-1 seems good with the mix we have.

After several months did finally got instructions that work. Then the machine wouldn't freeze. Call many, many times. Finally got a person who helped. And now have a machine that works great. First, the instructions are horrible. Had to talk to support 3 times to get the right instructions. Then when it didn't work at all. Couldn't talk to anyone. Except through emails. That took up to 72 hours to answer back. We have never had it work. And no real answers. If I could give it less than one star I would.

One side works great. The other side gives an error, "--", that is flashing. The worthless booklet that comes with it says that error message means the motor is locked. The troubleshooting is also worthless.
