Bought 5 of these machines for a new bar/restaurant. 3 work (for now). 1 will not slush at all. I have done all troubleshooting and no resolve. Customer service is nonexistent. You get sent to a chat that they never answer. Had to call Amazon. Now I have to send the product back from a third party delivery service to get my refund. I wish I looked at their terrible rating before I purchased. I cannot stress enough to not buy from these people!!

The media could not be loaded. I jut let know everyone i bought this mechine almost $1500 for my store but it doesn’t make slushing. I lose my money I try to contract seller but they don’t give any contact number only email which can’t make any solution. I Emil them already they give me some technical information which is not match with the mechine.so I would like to say every one do not buy this mechine don’t lose money.

Worked ok for 4 uses. Now won’t fully slush. Only good for nice cold drinks. Never did slush alcohol. Disappointed but there’s a reason it’s 1/3rd the price

This is the second one because the first one was damaged and now this one isn’t even freezing the product. I followed instructions and I even did my measurements right . It’s been like this all day it sucks. I need help on how to get my product to freeze .
