I think it’s interesting how the product description nor the product manual have information as to what the material is made of. The reason why I checked is because I sat in the sauna one time and I have had a severe headache for almost three days since, not to mention tight chest and achy body. For this reason, I became curious and looked everywhere for material information with none to be found. I did some research and found that most of these saunas are made of a polyester mix of fibers. And that there could be potential health risks associated with using materials like these in steam environments, especially if they are not designed or rated for high heat and humidity. Here are a few possible concerns: 1. Off-gassing: Some synthetic materials, such as nylon or polyester, may release chemicals when exposed to high temperatures. These chemicals can be harmful if inhaled, especially in enclosed environments like a sauna. Some materials are treated with flame retardants or other chemicals that could become volatile when heated. 2. Toxic Fumes: If the fabric is not specifically designed to handle steam and heat, it may degrade over time and release fumes that could be harmful to your respiratory system. 3. Allergic Reactions: Some people may be sensitive or allergic to certain chemicals used in the fabric or insulation. Prolonged exposure to heat could exacerbate these reactions.

Easy to assemble and move around if necessary. Remote didnt work but don’t really need it. Stitching around the zippers could be an issue in the future, seems pretty weak. Takes about 20-25 minutes to really get going but when it does it will run you out in 15-20 minutes which is fine because thats as long as you want to stay in there on the highest setting. 4 stars for the zipper stitching and time it takes to get it up to full speed

I’m glad I took the plunge and ordered this. The setup was very quick and easy and I was in the sauna in no time. The instructions were very easy to use with no complicated steps. There’s plenty of space inside and never felt cramped even when standing ( I’m 6’0”). The sauna got to a hot temperature within a few minutes and plenty of steam where I had to open the window to vent some out. I’ve used the sauna several times now with no issues and clean up is simple. Its been the perfect sauna for me with great quality and ease of use especially for the price.

I listen to podcasters always talk about home saunas and ice baths and wanted to give this a try. This is fantastic to use after a workout session as it heats up your body and can help muscles. It’s 71 inches tall so will fit most people unless you’re taller than 6’1”. It’s about 3 ft x 3 ft otherwise and says it can accommodate 2 adults but you’d have to be pretty small or get really cozy with each other for comfort. Water comes to temp in about 10-15 minutes and we can usually only stay in there for 15-30 minutes depending on the temp. Comes with a chair so you can sit down and not have to stand up the whole time too. Super fast to set up. Max temp 130 which is good for most people unless you’re hardcore. The best part is you can take it with you anywhere!
